Eden Hazard

I'm begining to worry about this "the most fouled player" thing. I not sure he can escape it if he come to PL! just look at Peter Cech head! JT and Drogba concissions! and all of them are big lads! but if Mata can survive he probably could! :D

Eden will 'dance' around the defenders like he have always done :P. Just take a look at some youtube clips to see it yourself... those French defenders also tried everything to stop him!

Reports on twitter saying Hazard is having second thoughts about joining Chelsea. Apparent interest by Real Madrid might be the reason why #CFC.

That's because in Lille he was clearly our better asset, so every game he would be marked by at least 2 players constantly, and the opponent coachs' rules for him was : "stop him by any way you can" .

But with players like yours around him, it will not be the case so he will be less fouled i think. Your opponents cannot afford marking him harder than everyone else.

Hey, nice to have you here, great posts, thanks for all the Hazard info. :drunk:

Lille captain Rio Mavuba has backed Chelsea 's decision to splash out on Eden Hazard, arguing that the Belgium international is the right man to rejuvenate their forward line.

Although the transfer has yet to be made official, the 21-year-old winger confirmed on his Twitter profile on Monday that despite intense interest from Manchester City and Manchester United, he will be joining the Champions League winners this summer.

With talismanic forward Didier Drogba set to leave Chelsea imminently, Mavuba feels that the Blues have made a shrewd move in acquiring the services of Hazard to bolster their attacking options.

"It's good for him," the Lille skipper is quoted as saying by RMC. "I was a little aware [of it]. He deserves to go to a big club.

"Chelsea just won the Champions League. They need to rejuvenate their team and they have not made a mistake by taking Eden.

"He had many opportunities with the three top clubs and it changed a lot in his head. But if he chose Chelsea, it is because he has good reason to do so."
