Hazard clearly wants to go to Madrid but is just keeping his options open with staying in case he gets rejected by Real and is left embarrassed.

You hit the nail on the wall on that one that's what he's doing what is it with Belgium players look at Lukaku he's starting to do the same at utd he's flirting with Juventus at the moment and Toby messing Spurs about aswell Belgium players are never happy

heh wanting to go somewhere is totally OK, but of course these players can't stop talking about it.

It's not just unprofessional in football; it's also unprofessional in the corporate world.

Was hoping Eden would take clues from KDB, not Courtois on how to deal with the media... ;)

Think unprofessional might be too strong of a word. Would opt for disrespectful with his constant comments about Real.

Its happening at Arsenal right now. Ramsey wants wages on par with Ozil, a bum like Ramsey wants over 300k just because Ozil is somewhere up there.

Ramsey a bum? He's probably outplayed Ozil in the last 2 seasons.... Why give someone who hasn't performed st a high level for club and country in 2 years £350,000 p/w? That's Arsenals problem, this won't happen here because we don't reward underperforming players with huge new contracts.

Think I'd still call it unprofessional, especially considering all clubs are rivals in nature.

I cannot imagine employees lasting a day in their jobs if they start talking, or say tweeting, about joining a diff company - let alone a rival company.

Being professional also involves respecting your current employer publicly, which I personally don't think Hazard does when he makes those frequent comments. Perhaps he's lacking professional support around him. An agent can make some noise, and they usually do that behind the scenes, not to the public.

I would say that KDB is a more professional football player than Hazard (and Lukaku), just to keep it between the Belgians.

We are Nothing Without Him...

Two poor games from Hazard against westham and now Manchester utd and we cant score an open play goal. It is a worry, Morata was an absolute disaster for him, never even tried to link up with Hazard today.

Morata could not link up with anyone today - very poor. They weren’t really in the same areas of the pitch most of the time, which was worrying to me.

Still eden was also pretty poor on his own against united today. This is the type of game where he has to mix it up a bit. He can’t expect that his dribbling will be as effective against tight marking and quality opposition.

Real Madrid news: Chelsea star Eden Hazard delivers Antonio Conte ultimatum to Los Blancos

REAL MADRID’s decision not to appoint Antonio Conte is down to Eden Hazard’s request for the club not to put the Italian in charge.

https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1038196/Real-Madrid-news-Chelsea-Eden-Hazard-Antonio-Conte

That’s according to respected Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda.

Real Madrid announced the departure of Julen Lopetegui on Monday evening after just four and a half months in charge.

Los Blancos have confirmed the Spaniard will be “provisionally replaced” by ex-player Santiago Solari and coach of B team Castilla.

Many had expected former Chelsea boss Conte to take charge after the 49-year-old held talks with club president Florentino Perez.

But a proposed deal seems to have stalled and Inda claims Hazard was behind it.

The Belgian has long been linked with a switch to the Bernabeu but Chelsea opted not to cash in on him last summer.

Hazard has made no secret of his desire to secure a ‘dream’ move to the Spanish capital but it appears he isn’t keen on a reunion with Conte.

Inda claims the winger has indirectly communicated with Madrid that he ‘would never sign’ for the club if Conte was appointed.

Real, sign CONTE NOW!!!!!!
