The media are already starting their stories where they gleefully say that such and such Chelsea players are getting poached. According to many of them it's a foregone conclusion that Hazard and Costa are gone. May as well not even be Chelsea players anymore...

He just doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would jump ship after one poor season with a bit of adversity. I wouldn't say that he genuinely loves the club because that would be naive, but he does seem to like Chelsea and cares about the club.

I believe he will 100% stay for next season and see how things shape up under the new manager. If we have another really poor season then he's off for sure. If we have a top manager and a nicely revamped side next season that's challenging for the title it may actually be beneficial to him to not have CL or EL matches. He'll have a season to focus completely on the PL and have plenty of rest to keep fresh the whole way.

I hope the club realize that he's essentially irreplaceable at this point in time. If we sell him there isn't anyone in his class available that does what he does. You'll have to buy multiple top class players to make up for his loss. That would be made very hard without CL football and the way we're being so tight with cash these days.

Eden Hazard has intervened to try and help a Chelsea fan overcome amnesia.

Vladimir Howard lost one year's worth of memories after being beaten up and knocked unconcious last year. 

And Hazard has stepped in to try and help the Russian-born supporter by sending him a signed DVD of Chelsea's Premier League title triumph of 2014/15.

The package contained a note by Hazard that read: ""Vladimir, to jog your memory! Get well soon."

The lifelong Chelsea fan was delighted with the gift and thanked Hazard for his kindness.

"This is really going to help," he said. "Watching on YouTube has been helping me remember but this is much, much better.

"It's is nice of Eden to think of me. From now in he is my top man.

"I love Chelsea and because the club is a big part of my life I'm sure this will trigger the memories."

Somethings wrong, where's his quick acceleration gone? before he would hardly lose the ball now he does it frequently. Just seems very lazy/uninterested lately... i miss the 2012/14 Hazard.
