While he may be physically fit, it takes a bit longer to get the rest of your game back after an injury (that included surgery). At last someone who has got it right. thanks bud. hes1ofus

The way we’re conducting ourselves in the transfer window isn’t that inspiring. Sure, the team is good, we have some top players, but it seems like the club is happy with what we’ve got. We’ll get left behind by all those clubs you’ve just mentioned. It’s not like we’re making smart Azpi-like signings either. The overall quality of the squad should’ve been much higher this season. BlueSunshine

He's about to be 27, one of the most naturally gifted players of his generation (if not the most), playing functional counter-attack in the biggest stage whilst barely even touching the ball. MrExcalibur100 7,124
Is there any good reason why we can convince him to sign a new contract now? Because we need him much more than he needs us at this point. The Skipper and 11Drogba

The Skipper 20,609
Didn’t even play that well tonight but his two goals got us out of the shitter. He had less than or around 30 touches today I think. That’s ridiculously bad.

Hybrid Angel 2,130
I feel terrible for wanting him to stay with us despite having to play with a lot of donkeys. But that's football, I am a Chelsea fan first and foremost. Credit to him for staying for so long. Could have been at Madrid 3 years ago. Popular Post! LukakutoStamford 779 Posted October 19, 2017 Popular Post! Share Posted October 19, 2017 Again the failures in the transfer window are hurting this team. Too many complimentary players no where near enough pace and technical quality. Sans Kante this team is a mess in the midfield. If Debruyne has a bad game there's Silvia, Sane, Aguero, Jesus etc. Chelsea loses Morata and they don't look like the could score in a whorehouse. kellzfresh, 11Drogba, Leif and 5 others

The guy could have been a real Ballon d'Or contender for some years, if he actually had some world class players around him.

Do people actually think he has a chance of getting ahead of Ronaldo, Messi or Neymar for the Ballon d'Or even if he's playing for Madrid? Sure, his performances might improve with better players around him but we all know that award is pretty much judged based on the number of goals these days. Do you think Hazard would have scored enough to even get into the conversation? Highly doubt it.

Yet i'm sure he'll get a lot of votes. Goals are important but also don't underestimate the exposure players get when they play for Real or Barca. It's on a different level then us. No way he is getting ahead of Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar, they are the most marketed players and Eden simply isnt such personality. For same reason Ramos is getting more praise than lets say Chiellini. manpe, communicate, MrExcalibur100 and 5 others

I don't think anyone can get ahead of Messi and Ronaldo yet, but if he was playing for some team which is playing more attacking and attractive football, it would've been a lot more beneficial for his progress and for his numbers of goals and assists. And also the players around him would help him a lot. Just remember how effective he was with the likes of Eto'o or Drogba on the pitch. I hope he can create a good chemistry with Morata also.
