Sooner or later though he will miss a crucial one imo with that style, especially if he makes that habit of putting it down either side of the middle now. It already happens twice in CL this season and a couple of years ago. I hope he tries to make it at leat closer to the corner now instead of just outright straght down the left/right part of the middle.It's not confidence it's just caution. Once you have tricked the GK there is no need to risk missing the target. Actually two GKs in Ligue 1 thought they had found the key to Hazard's pens. Memo Ochoa after Eden already got him with a panenka earlier in the season, decided not to move until after the shot. The idea was to unsettle Hazard during his run, make him improvise and then miss. You'll see in this video what was Hazard's answer to this strategy. It's so much fun watching this bloke play football. I really, really hope we can get him more help next season so he, and we, can truly benefit from his genius. It's well over 50 years since Jimmy Greaves left the club and it may be 50 more before we sign another player of Eden's calibre.We completely wasted Jimmy's talent because the rest of our squad at the time was poor. By no stretch of the most pessimistic fan's imagination could we say today's squad is poor, but extraordinary players deserve an extraordinary platform to display their talent. sutro 1,026 Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 how good will this guy be in his prime years?,its a scary tought .Yesterday he played like a boss, he was everywhere on the pitch, claiming the ball and pushed the team forward.Like JT said in his post game intervieuw, he's already up there with the very best in the world but you feel he still can get better, we didnt see the end of this amazing player yet, not even close.
