He was one of Arsenal's best player in the 11/12 season, I recall him getting into double figures with assists while playing as a DM. Remember him making a lot of magnificent long passes to Van Persie that led to some great goals.

11 assists in 2011-12, including that special one for Van Persie (58 seconds into the clip below). Could be an interesting addition to the squad.

I like Song's technical ability in the midfield but I don't think he has the tactical discipline to be a reliable pivot player for a Jose team. Unless we move to a 4-3-3, we can't afford idiots in the pivot. The 2 in the midfield have to be very intelligent.

That depends on who's playing next to him. I think he could be good alongside Matic but with someone like Ramires it would be disastrous.

We need strikers and specifically, a striker to compliment Costa. Mandzukic can be that guy.

Both good offers, but I'd look to get in a second top-class striker (Lukaku simply doesn't offer much different from Costa in my opinion, especially compared to Mandzukic).

Id rather see Lukaku develop as a second option over buying mandzukic.
