Actually if you play real football you will realize that the worst thing for a defender is being in a 2 x 1 position, because you have to take care of two players: the one that posses the ball and the one that will receive. There was 3 AV players against Terry and Luiz, I dont think it was Luiz fault that goal. The defensive system is not only the two CBs. Luiz should have defended much better there and yes while what went before that was bad too, Luiz had a huge brain fart there. He seemed to drift to RB a lot and he did most of his best work from there. He's a bit dodgy in CB at times as shown with JT yesterday so maybe he could be a RB option.
