You're right but to be fair, BvB did have an offside goal against them as well. Even though the linesman did bottle it I think it sort of cancels out if you get me.

Two wrongs don't make a right, if anything it's just further proof that those officials should never ever show their faces in European football again.

Also Malaga got the very short end of the stick here. Thanks to the away goal they were still going to qualify even if their offside had been ruled out and they could have fought to keep it at 1-1 or maybe even score another away goal to make up for the disallowed one but now Dortmund were given the goal despite their players being offside multiple times and right at the end of the match. The ref blew the whistle immediately when play was continued after the winning goal despite BVB players celebrating their goal for nearly two minutes. Wasn't exactly rooting for either team but have to feel for Malaga now, that's no way to lose a football match. A fucking disgrace if you ask me.

Turned over at 1-2 to watch Galatasaray try n fightback, then the commentator said it's 2-2 in the other game and it went 3-2 before i switched over, fucking madness. They literally just did a Man City. Their name is on this trophy, even we didn't get as lucky as that last season.

They were pretty shit but maybe nerves and pressure played its part. I'm glad Dortmund went through but i feel desperately sorry for Malaga. Shellshocked!

Mate, I fully agree, but at the end of the day, if you take both offsides away - Dortmund win. It was shocking officiating for sure but you shouldn't be surprised. We as Chelsea fans know how poor these UEFA officials can be.

It really depends how kind their draw is to them. If they get Barcelona or Real I think they'll struggle but you never know in football.

I think Real will win this, their just in their element right now the 20 minutes off madness aside. Their would have walked la liga this year if it wasn't for that, they are better than Barca right now as their showing in the head to heads.

We got Barcelona at the same stage and look how that went. We were battered for 180 minutes + stoppage time and conceded a pen, got a red card, had our woodwork hit about 4 times but we went through. Dortmund will win this competition after what happened tonight. Luck is obviously on their side this year.

Hmm, I don't think so. We were far more luckier last season. We defied bigger odds. You said it so yourself - coming back from 4-1 down against Napoli, beating Barcelona away with 10 men after being 2-0 down, facing Bayern in their own stadium... You can't compare BvB luckily beating Malaga (who aren't even as good as Napoli, Barcelona or Bayern) to that sorry.

2-1 down in Injury time is surely harder to come back from. Anyway regardless of what's bigger, harder, better etc ... to win the UCL, you need a bit of good fortune. Dortmund were dead, simple as.

I agree you need luck but you can't compare what we did to what they did, that's what I'm trying to get at essentially. Don't think because they beat Malaga in added time that their name is on the trophy, it wasn't as special as ours or even Liverpool in Istanbul.

I don't think they'll win it tbh, especially if they have to face Real or Barcelona in the semis, or even Bayern (who are looking likely to win against Juve). They haven't been as lucky as us. Malaga is a side they should be beating anyway, it's not like they slew a giant.
