Unlike PSG I think it was inevitable that City would eventually win the UCL. Just annoying that they also win the treble in the same year. I had always assumed it would come in a year where they “gave up” on the PL and focused 100% on Europe. But their absurd depth makes it so that they can have an unbelievable XI on the pitch at all times with no drop off.

One day I will see Lautaro Martinez play well.

so disappointing

he was the one player for Inter who looked nervy

Rom just reverted to form, missing easy shots

Inter's defence was brilliant overall

their only real fuckup in terms of in the box defending was on Citeh's goal the two defenders stood in a line instead of one to the right a bit and the other to left

if they had staggered, Rodri's shot would have been blocked

Well and truly hope someone knocks them off their perch next season., even if it's a club from the red brigade.

It will be an absolute sham if they win either another PL or CL trophy next year.

Right now they could easily do both.

Nobody cares about City winning the treble. At work all the Arsenal fans were rooting for them to knock Man U of their treble perch. Me personally, I don't want any fucker winning more than us.

Still zero charisma, even this weak Inter was better
If there was a more solid team( Dzeko to score that but our legend do his ''things'' ) , citeh  would cry again .

I just can’t see who can top them domestically any time soon. They’ve just dominated and won the treble but will only get even stronger by adding to their squad.

As long as Pep is there they’ll be strong favorites.

Was always inevitable. Lukaku cost Inter not once but twice also. What a shite footballer, if only his talent was as big as his ego.

Not sure how their treble compares to the United 99 one but an impressive impressive feat none the less.

Håland COMPLETELY collapsed down the stretch (1 goal in Citeh's last 9 games, no goals in their any of their FA Cup games since mid March, no goals in their last 3 CL games, 1 goal in their last 5 EPL games) and they still won the treble

and they will , I assume. make moves for both fullbacks slots

insane if they do not, that is their clear weakness (on the offensive end), as we saw tonight

Ake and Akanji offer basically fuckall offensively, which when De Bruyne cannot go, is a real issue

Walker is not the answer, at least not for Pep, he publicly ripped him, and he turns 34 at the end of next season, and zero chance they keep Cancelo after the bust up and loan. plus Mendy is so gone for legal reasons (and is pretty shit anyway)

I just hope the law of averages catches up with them eventually., and they come off their peak.

But with factory of readymade replacements for outgoing or ageing star players means their squad is always replenished.

Yeah, I think as long as Pep is there, they will create havoc for everyone else in the league.

Unless he loses interest and fucks off, or City get charged (unlikely), it's going to be a long, agonizing wait.
