I think a lot also is up to your medical team and i think Arsenal has really got a weak one ... u can see it for urself the extent of injuries that happen to their and the recovering time ... I believe Chelsea really has a good medical team so the recovering time is also goes down due to it .. .

Some injuries take a specific period of time and a good doctor can't change the time it takes for it to heal (not every injury ofc). At the same time a good doctor can't prevent a player from making the wrong twist in his knee or ankle.
