Liuxas 125
That's one of the reason why we must buy World Class midfielder like Pogba. In big games we need solid play from center midfielders and unfortunately Fabregas can't show that.
Toli 977
WAZ reporting 75 m + 5m euros. Bild reporting even 80 m euros + 5 m euros. Huge sum for him...
Cosmin 2,484
I think he'll do good at City. But he wouldn't have done good at us, though. It was just not meant to be.
Pizy 18,916
So it's not £50m. It's £60m! Jesus! Every big club should just disregard FFP. Floodgates should open.
MrBlueGuy 1,552
All the bitter people wishing him bad luck at City lol, blame Mourinho for forcing every attacker to track back. He didn't want out of the club for some unreasonable reason, it just wasn't meant to be no need to get bitter. didierforever
Fernando 6,585
Once again Citeh have proven FFP means fucking shit none. Bravo. What you mean? It did for a while till UEFA decided to reduce the standard. They got scared of the EPL bringing a lot of money from TV. It was working till they tinker with it. It was just not meant to be. i dont, i think he makes City much easier to play against, they have great balance with Sterling - Silva - Navas, now if they drop Navas for De bruyne they lose the natural width navas gives them to stretch teams, De bruyne will most likely come inside a lot and try to link up with Silva, so the opposition LB can tuck in more and make it harder for City to play through teams. They also lose Navas' pace on the counter. This is a big mistake for City imo, De bruyne will not improve them. laura90
Pizy 18,916
Maybe this is why we're suddenly after Pogba. We've seen that FFP is simply a mosquito bite.

People and especially football fans are overrating him massively, he's worth 80million just because his name is De Bruyne and City are after him. He's too mainstream now. I wouldn't even be excited if we got him honestly. nadavTKL and TheIceMan

Popular Post! Styles 9,790 Posted August 26, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted August 26, 2015 Are you seriously suggesting its unreasonable to ask a player to work off the ball?Nah, but it's unreasonable to demand attacking players press like their lives depend on it and then carry defenders who are unable and/or unwilling to press high up and support those same attackers. MrBlueGuy 1,552
Are you seriously suggesting its unreasonable to ask a player to work off the ball?Sometime if they are good enough yeah. Messi and Neymar do hardly any tracking back at all. While KDB might not be that good yet binning him off after a few games purely because he refused to follow your defensive instruction completely is unacceptable. Stingray 9,441
really hope they get him as De Bruyne will only make City more predictable and easier to play against.City dropping Navas for De Bruyne could be what wins us the league...That might be hybris....I think this will come bite us in the ass in the long run (i expect him to struggle a bit at first considering his psychological profile - but when he gets confident. Ahum, he will be dangerous and City all the more). Styles
