I don't think he's racist. He's incredibly stupid for saying what he did though, which is an act of racism. CPS don't have a conspiracy against him, they've just seen the evidence is concluded.

He can't be banned under a Police charge. Max penalty under this is a fine of up to £2500. After the conclusion of the court case, if he is found guilty, the FA will be able to make a case to ban him from games.

Evidence is the youtube video and may be another video. But unless they bring in some Lip Reading experts I dont see how can they prove him guilty.

They've got quite a few videos, and he did say it. Though he explained the context was different to the way it's been interpreted.

Anyway, another month or so more of this b/s being dragged out. I wish they'd ban him now and just sentence him to time-served - This will definitely get in the way of us trying to get on with the football!

Didnt he first say "I called him a fucking BLIND CUNT"

And recently I read that he was asking Anton "Oi Anton, Did I call you a Fucking Black Cunt?" And the camera captured him uttering the second half of that sentence...
