Bir_CFC 3,455
Used to think very highly of Lamps, has changed significantly and now everytime i think of him, his comment on television, that he likes RDM because he plays him more than "the other guy" really pisses me off. Even if he said plays him more than "the previous manager" or any other words, its would have been ok.Even if Frank had a bad relationship with AVB, which he did, to say that on television ..... thats very disrespectful in general and takes away from the classy behavior he shows in years gone by.lol it was a joke dude, relaxevery single pundit in the world was saying the same thing that ever since RDM took over he's playing Frank more, he just said the same thing but joked about it, dont see the big deal TorontoChelsea

Fhaarkas 39
Got this from http://www.soccerbas...?player_id=4370186 for Chelsea if this is accurate. If he's here for the next 2 seasons he'll break the record.
Kezza 1,965
He should be our penalty taker still next season, and it seems Hazard gets more than a few penalties, so he could accumulate 4-7goals from that alone.
warnie_666 1,081
Lampard will get alot more penalities next season with Hazard, Marin, Hulk (possibly) operating. I bet he would break the 200 goal barrier next season.

MarkyC 3
If anyone deserves it, it's lamps, when he first arrived, everyone was saying £11m? Wat a waste of money, but now that seems like a bargain, I'm sure he will break bobbys record, for anyone it's a brilliant achievement, for a midfielder, it's excellent, for a midfielder in today's game it's outstanding! Maybe this will put to bed the "whos better? Gerard or lampard" debate!

By far the best midfielder England has seen for decades (yes even better than Gazza, Hiddle and Wilkins put together), but such a shame his international career was f##ked up by 'so-called' England fans and inapropriate managrial tactics.BTW, no doubts lamps will reach 200. Blue Armour 4,439
Its irritating to still hear about this bad relation between the players and AVB. Fair enough, they may not have been on good terms, but it always takes two sides to generate friction.

Milan 17,957
This is something I play every day. I really do. It's epic, especially with the music in the background (I wish I knew it). BleedsBlue, The Skipper, Sheva. and 1 other
Leif 6,006
I'm so happy that Lampard will never be in one of those "best players to never win the Champions League" lists.LOVE U LAMPS. nadavTKL and Ollie
Kieran. 6,317
His goals will decrease more and more with each season, due to his change in position and the fact that he'll be rotated much more. I think he'll hit 200 in 2013-14.
Santiago. 1,500
He's playing allot deeper now, i agree with Kieran
silviupastean 135
i hope he surpasses Bobby Tambling and becomes Chelsea's top goalscorer.as some of you said here, he will be playing much deeper but if he still takes the penalties and scores a few goals from open play aswell, i think in 1 and a half-2 years time he will be top of the list. capriccioso 2,545
It'll be quite an achievement, 200 goals from midfield. He's already got 186, I think he can get there perhaps at the end of the upcoming season or early on in the season following.
BlueLion. 21,491
Well he still posted 16 goals from deep positions last season!
Jase 43,479
Well he still posted 16 goals from deep positions last season! Not exactly. 12 of those came under AVB and back then, he was pretty much still playing in his usual midfield role. Scored only 4 under RDM - 3 from penalties & 1 from free kick.
Superblue 6,372
17 goals is perfectly 'gettable'. I very much see Lampard now he plays a deeper role, playing for Chelsea for the next 3-4 seasons like Scholes and Giggs. Obviously season upon season his gametime will diminish, but he still probably has at least another 100 games in him for Chelsea.I think every Chelsea fan is willing him on to break the record!
