Styles 9,790
Nice controlled finish yesterday, he steered it instead of smacking it. It'll be a great moment when he breaks the record.

xPetrCechx 13,570
Frank Lampard is facing an agonising decision over his future.Chelsea are considering making Lampard a new one-year contract offer – but will not match the terms LA Galaxy, AC Milan or Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to give him.The 34-year-old is likely to have to accept a deal heavily based on appearances to stay at Stamford Bridge. He earns £160,000-a-week, but Chelsea would want to cut his basic salary by as much as half and offer bonuses based on the number of games he plays. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/frank-lampard-must-decide-whether-1647306
bushman 2,043
I honestly do not understand Chelsea´s offer, I must admit. On one hand Cole received close to 200 thou a week, an increase. Meanwhile, Frank was offered less than what he is making now.

Though i do agree 200 k a week is excessive but Cole probably had other offers and forced the club into this situation. We're already looking at reinforcing our CM.While Cole would still be a first team player. If he left we would have to buy a quality left back again. Chelsea probably thought that it would be cheaper to just give Cole a higher wage then to buy another left back.Lampard won't go to Man u. As others have said, Cole is the best in the world at what he does and we won't have to sign a replacement for him next year. With Frank, whether we sign him or not we need to sign someone to replace him in the first-team.

bushman 2,043
Frankie needs 5 goals from now on.If I were him, I would wait until the end of the season to see how many goals I am getting. Then, I would decide whether to sign for Chelsea or not. If he breaks the record, most likely he´ll go elsewhere.
