He is proper aged and would be great gap before we establish another young cb liKe Zouma or Schar. However I doubt it would ever happen due to his relatio with Mou, his age, fact that he is best CB at real and Carlo knows it. But would be great, I always wanted to see Pepe in PL, he seems properly agressive, fast and class CB. Would certainly makw our defence realy strong. Also IIRC he switched sides very quickly and started criticizing Jose when the latter decided to quit Real for us. Anyway, I don't think he's a great option at his age and especially considering his mental problems. I would rather get Zouma in right away and use Ivanovic as an emergency CB if Zouma struggles early on.
