It looks like he's off to City instead. I'm not sure how much he has regressed since joining from Basel, but the fact we're paying around 5x more for Fofana makes me question the signing even more.

As of now, a transfer of Thomas Meunier to Barcelona won't happen. Barca is interested and negotiations have taken place, but they can't afford him at the moment.
