LUCAS HERNANDEZ, THE PSG PRIORITY

https://rmcsport.bfmtv.com/football/mercato-le-psg-s-interesse-a-lucas-hernandez-1933640.html

PSG, which will have to strengthen on the defensive level this summer with the departure, in particular, of Thiago Silva, has made Frenchman Lucas Hernandez his priority. The player is not insensitive to Parisian interest, but negotiations with Bayern do not look simple.

Another 2018 world champion in Paris? As announced by Cadena Ser, PSG would like to repatriate Frenchman  Lucas Hernandez . The capital club has even made the former Atlético player its summer priority in defence.

In reality, Paris has even been interested in the Marseille native for several seasons. The French champion club had tried to recover the player before he went to Bayern Munich in the summer of 2019 . Today, PSG wants to activate on the defender but faces the will of the German club not to drop Hernandez at a price lower than that which it cost, that is to say 80 million euros. PSG think it's worth less, especially after their cruciate ligament injury.

Lucas yes, Théo no

The 24-year-old did not adapt to Germany and is thinking more and more about a departure. He is not unmoved by the interest of Paris Saint-Germain, which will begin discussions with Bayern Munich in the coming days.

If Spanish radio has also mentioned an interest in his brother Theo Hernandez (22, AC Milan), PSG is on the other hand less hot on this profile, even if he is looking for a left side. The player's price, around 50 million euros, appears to be prohibitive for the French club.

Bayern will never sell Lucas Hernandez for less than £75-85m, they paid almost £75m for him and are fucked at CB if Alaba and he both leave

they would NEVER rely on Tanguy Kouassi, who 11 days ago was still 17 years old, to help lead their back 4

they would be down to him, the still injured Niklas Süle

and

Jérôme Boateng   (soon 32 and nearing well spent territory)
Lars Lukas Mai  (reserve team player)
Benjamin Pavard    (their starting RB and they have no other RB once the on loan and disappointing Álvaro Odriozola goes back to Real Madrid and Kimmich stays at DMF)

as their only CB's

not brand new but I just saw this

Man Utd have 'started discussions' for signing of Bayern Munich's Corentin Tolisso

https://www.givemesport.com/1573544-man-utd-have-started-discussions-for-signing-of-bayern-munichs-corentin-tolisso

Manchester United have reportedly commenced negotiations for the signing of Bayern Munich's Corentin Tolisso.

The Frenchman arrived in Bavaria back in 2017 in a deal worth up to £40m but has struggled to nail down a regular starting spot.

Persistent injuries have hampered Tolisso's career with the Bundesliga champions, but his talents as an all-action midfielder are undeniable.

A move away from Bayern appears to be a formality and according to RMC Sport journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi, the former Lyon man is available for as little as €35m (£31.4m)

Bouhafsi tweeted to his 325,000 followers today: "Manchester United have started discussions with the entourage of Bayern midfielder Corentin Tolisso.

A fee of around £30m for one of the most talented box-to-box midfielders in the world? It looks a no-brainer on paper.

Especially given the fact that United require high-quality reinforcements in midfield to help bring the best out of both Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba.

snip

injuries have laid him low, when healthy he is a really good player

14 goals, 12 assists in 3700 minutes for Bayern as a CMF

14 goals, 7 assists his last season at Lyon (3900 minutes) as a CMF

if Kovacic put up those types of numbers he would be worth £80m, lololol

we should all become sportswriters on the side

surely we can write better articles than this tosh

bear in mind this is only around 90 days old, so right around the last football played until just now

it is just ridiculous, and typical REAL BARCA cock-licking

I will just list the names

Best left-backs in the world: the top 10, ranked

https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/best-left-backs-world-ranked-alphonso-davies-david-alaba-ben-chilwell-marcelo-alex-sandro-andrew-robertson-jordi-alba

1. Jordi Alba (Barcelona) < roflmaooooooooooooooooo, he has been really poor in almost every game I have seen him and is ageing out fast, he turns 32 next season and his legs are going, on pinball Barca in pinball La Liga he has two goals and only 3 (2 in the league) assists ALL comps and has been beaten multiple times on defence

2. Andrew Robertson (Liverpool) the only one I agree with in terms of place

3. Alex Sandro (Juventus)

4. Ferland Mendy (Real Madrid) <<<< he has been oki, but number four on the planet?????? ffs, but it gets better.....

5. Marcelo (Real Madrid) smdh, he has been replaced as the regular starter, and even last season it was clear he was spent, 1 goal, 2 assists in the league, and his already poor defence is now a joke

6. David Alaba (Bayern Munich)

7. Juan Bernat (Paris Saint-Germain) <<<<<<<< I can only say, WTF lololol, I think PSG would be shocked if you told them they had a top 7 LB in the world on their team, as their fanbase has been ranting about their LB's like we do abut ours, another short, poor defence Latinx fullback

8. Raphael Guerreiro (Borussia Dortmund)  <<<< he doesn't even play LB anymore, never really did much , as he was a wingback, and now is a left MF'er and a winger, he shoudl not be on thsi list as he isn't a LB

9. Ben Chilwell (Leicester City)

10. Alphonso Davies (Bayern Munich) <<< best in the world or damn close, plus he perma benched Alaba at LB now, who is rated 4 spots higher. There is not a LB on the planet that Bayern would trade him for, even if 20m (probably a lot more for certain ones) was tossed in.

they leave off 10,who are better LB's than Bernat,(jaw dropping he is on this list) Marcelo (now, at 32), also jaw dropping, and the non LB Guerreiro (who is a great player but was really poor at defence, which is why he was barely played as a true LB)

the first 3 are clearly top 10

José Gayà
Theo Hernández
Alex Telles

Renan Lodi
Alejandro Grimaldo
Nicolás Tagliafico
Lucas Digne
Sergio Reguilón
Robin Gosens
Luca Pellegrini

my top 15 (went to 15 to show where I now rate the 31yo Alba)

Alphonso Davies
Andrew Robertson
David Alaba
José Gayà
Theo Hernández
Ben Chilwell
Alex Sandro (mainly due to age)
Alex Telles
Ferland Mendy
Renan Lodi
Lucas Digne
Robin Gosens
Nicolás Tagliafico
Alejandro Grimaldo
Jordi Alba (last year in the top 20 more than likely)
