Iggy MVP well deserved. Id put Draymon over Curry too. 6'7" playing center and defending a 7'1" tank and boxing out a 6'9" offensive rebounding machine.

Why not Lebron? I think it's clear that he was the best. I don't understand why is it a must to pick someone from the winning team.

Igoudala was great though.

11 votes were tallied. 7 for Iggy and 4 for LeBron (0 for Curry). I think it's fair that it's not unanimous for Iggy. But you have to give it to somebody in the winning team. I'd guess that LeBron wouldnt want the award anyway since it's a reminder that he lost (pure conjecture).

I still remember Messi winning the golden ball in the 2014 WC. Which was super odd and I think the FBI should investigate now.

How are people making fun of lebron (not on here but in general)? He was by far the best player this series and if the Cavs were playing with more than seven men, GSW would not have won this series.

Cavs and Warriors fans though, most bandwagon motherfuckers on earth.

my theories...

1) "the decision". Lebron telling his critics to enjoy their normal lives with their everyday problems..

2) most basketball fans just worship MJ and that any comparison to him is sacrilegious

3) to a lesser extent #2 applies to Kobe vs Lebron. There are a ton of Kobe fans out there.

I will definitely put curry as MVP candidate. Forget stats, He was trapped all day long, yes all day.

Cavs tactics is to take the ball out of his hand but he still scored enough points and made plenty of big shots and if you count "hockey" assist, he will have plenty of those

I'm sure lebron would have won if it went 7 games. But 6 games, can't give it to a Cavs player.

Man, LBJ tried. Massive respect to him. If Love and Irving were available it would've been a very different series because that releases the strain on LBJ, and LBJ doesn't stay as the only scorer in the team. If Cavs were fully fit it's easily their ring IMO.

I disagree. Cavs were much better defensively without Love and Irving. Those players, while great scorers, have deficiencies as well. They played very tenaciously and gritty. It'd be a different, better series.

It would've been very different indeed, and better for Cavs. All Warriors had to worry about really was a way to stop LBJ from scoring. If you throw Love and Kyrie into that mix it becomes an entirely different ball game. It frees LBJ from being the only scorer in the team and allows Cleveland to conjure up a lot of different game plans.

With the likes of JR, Delly, TT etc. on the bench as well coming on to impact the game... It would've been Cavs' championship IMO.

Possibly. You can't say though, Warriors beat top teams all season, not oike the Cavs are the best team ever, it would have been far from easy.
