LDN Blue 7,903
YESNo it doesn't. Donations aren't obligations, they're voluntary. Like Kalou handing in a transfer request.
Kostas 1,468
Kalou's stats are very misleading..yes he can score a goal here and there but if they kept a stat of how many times he's fucked up we wouldn't even be discussing this topic.Check the post you quoted again. warnie_666 1,081
Seriously I can't believe that people are actually debating in favour of the idea that Kalou is good enough for Chelsea. Surely you've witnessed his numerous dreadful performances. At Real Madrid they can call on Higuain or Kaka/Ozil (depending on whose starting) to come off the bench and make a difference. At Barcelona they have Alexis Sanchez and Affelay to come on. At Man Utd they have Valencia. At Arsenal they have Gervinho. At Man City they have Adam Johnson. I would rather all of those players over Kalou and those are the standards we should be aiming for.At Chelsea we have Fernando Torres....Beat That!! Tomo 21,751
A goal is a goal as far as im concerned.Do you see United fans complaining when Hernandez plays like he has never played football before for 90 minutes apart from one moment in a game when the ball hits him when he's not looking or not expecting it and trickles in?Funny how Kalou scoring tap in's proves he is a dreadfull player yet when players like Hernandez does the same it's "good movement".Im starting to wonder what will happen if Kalou scores the winner in the CL final for us (assuming he is still here) would we be celebrating being Champions of Europe or would we all be going on about "another lucky tap in" by Kalou?Whatever way we spin it, goals are goals, a tap in from Kalou at home to Swansea will get us as many goals as a 40 yard belter by Mata at the Camp Nou will and Kalou, even if he isn't the best player on the planet, actually scores goals. If you really want a player to complain about then ring up Owen Coyle and make a bid for N Gog. In a peverse way i hope we replace Kalou with some one like N Gog or Chamakh then we will all suddenly realise Kalou is actually a decent squad player. Hernandez does absolutely nothing for large parts of games and than scores one goal, and is given like 9/10. If Kalou does the same thing he'll get like 5.5/10 max. That wont make him a great player, it will only make him more folkloric.

Kalou has nothing phsyically, he has average pace and no strength, he's also a terrble technical player, he's a work horse and has good work rate that's it. Hernandez is also consistent, better movement than Kalou, and better finisher. Hernandez is twice the player Kalou is, i don't complain about the goals Kalou scores, i just complain about his performances, because he can score 3 goals and still play bad. Hernandez is a better player than Kalou, and Tomo i usually agree with your debates but you've got it wrong here, Hernandez has done more than Kalou.
