I don't think Cech is quiet at all, at matches you notice that he always claps his hands together and encourages the team, he's excellent at dominating his area and commanding the defence.

I agree, Cech does not fuck around when it comes to his area of the pitch. He will yell at JT if he needs to.

Cech generally takes the armban after JT, Lamps and DD but I, like most of them in here, would prefer an outfield player.

So accounting for players who are almost certain to start and stay around for a while, I voted for Ivanovic.
