Ozil was better last year but his form dropped this year and even at his best he can't hang with the goals Mata scores.Iniesta as an AM is still the best of the lot in my opinion. He does try very rarely but he's just too small and weak for it to matter. Mourinho won't tolerate those deficiencies especially in the big games. I like Mata as much as the next guy but some games don't suit him, there's nothing wrong in admitting that. If we're under the cosh and need everybody to run and press he wouldn't make my 11. That doesn't mean he won't play the other 85% of the time when we dominate the ball and have other teams under pressure. He'll be used like Ozil was used at Madrid, and he'll still be one of our most important players but he won't have to carry the team like he did last year.I think this is going to be a recurring theme with a few players simply because I expect our squad to be bigger than it was last year. Player rotation will be key in 60 game seasons and hopefully that will mean key players are able to perform at their peak more often. He will be feeling exhausted after the season just gone having started 3 games in the Olympics and 2 International's prior to the 55 starts for club. (Sky Sports Stats).. With the Confederation's cup coming up it will feel as if he will never get the chance to rest. We don't want him having a season like Silva did for CIty where he was clearly burnt out from the season before in the Premiership and from International duty. Fully expect us to have a far bigger squad with player's capable of rotating with Hazard, Mata and Oscar and not upsetting the Chemistry and strength of the team. Will play him but will never really favour him and will probably (for next season at least) push him aside to accommodate Lampard more, which will be a shame.
