He's amazingly made it into the Belgium Euro 2012 provisional squad.

btw, IF Belgium had qualified, it wouldn't be surprising that he was in the squad.. ATM he's still our second best striker after Mirallas (Olympiacos), and MIrallas prefers to play as a winger.. So however he never plays, he would still be in my favourite line-up

Courtois

Vandenborre - Kompany - Vertonghen - Vermaele

Fellaini - Witsel

Mirallas - Dembele - Hazard

Lukaku

you guys have a very nice young squad full of talent. So KDB has no place in your fav lineup?

I rate Witsel, Dembele and Hazard higher at the moment, but KDB is certainly one of the three subs. De Bruyne is good, but he needs more match experience. Maybe a loan to Twente or Lille will be the best option next season.

I think it really depends on the manager whether Lukaku is going to stay next season, or go on loan.

But as he is so young, right now he really needs regular playing time. I hope he can find these minutes at Chelsea.

If there's no other striker attracted this transfer window, Lukaku should be kept. Torres being number one, Sturridge and Lukaku battling for place two. With De Bruyne, Mata, Marin and Hazard as last-pass givers, these strikers should be enough to make it happen for Chelsea.

While Mata was one of best players of the season, Lukaku earns another appearence as one of the worst signings of the season.

"Romelu Lukaku

The young Belgian has not been given many chances but if he had been outstanding he would have played more often, especially considering the erratic form of Fernando Torres as well as Didier Drogba's injuries. As it is, 10 appearances and no goals in any competition is not an impressive record for an £18m signing. He may come good, of course, but there were few signs of that happening this season."

Lukaku on his future...

http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/7788006/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

He told the Daily Star: "I will need to talk to the coach about my future.

"I hope for a coach next year who gives chances to young players, not like last year. If he does not want to talk to me, then I'm considering a loan.

"But at the moment my focus is on Chelsea. I will go with them on summer tour and I hope to get some new chances.

"I think I deserved more chances at Chelsea. What I really need is three months to prove myself.

"Last year I played a game, then nothing for three weeks except games with the reserves and then I was on the bench. That is not easy for a young player. I also said that to Chelsea and they understood my concerns.

"I have become a better player though. I lost weight, I move a lot more on the field and I really think I have the ability to play for Chelsea."

If he scores against England I think he will instantly be reevaluated.

On that topic, he did mention this...

"If I score against England at Wembley I will joke about it with John Terry."

This. If he gets a proper chance and then blows it, you can rightly criticize him. Now we just don't know.

Like I said, inspite of the fact he didn't get any playtime, it's not a year lost. He's become a better player I reckon.

Seriously he need to shut the f up and stop talking to the media. Did he really expect to get more game time in his first season at the club? When he came, we already had drogs, torres, studge and anelka.
