Hd123 5
Yeh what Redknapp said about Steve Kean being someone to be under real pressure by the media and fans is true. I feel for that guy. He hasn't done that bad a job and hasn't been helped by pathetic owners and yet the fans just crucify him week after week.AVB's comments after Valencia were still ok imo because he was pumped up and frustrated by the media which I can understand but he needs to drop it now and also stop talking about Neville and co because they are pundits and the majority of them are morons anyway. He's not going to change their minds because they are naturally biased and the comments that he's made will actually make them against us even more. Also I thought Gary Neville was very fair in his commentary on Tuesday. I've also read comments by regular Sky viewers that his punditry is unbiased as well.lol hmm I think I agree with him thoughSteve Kean is a woeful manager and deserves all the abuse he gets. You and Arry should be ashamed of yourselves. He took a top ten team and made them into relegation fodder. He should never have been promoted in the first place - why would an inexpirienced coach be promoted to PREMIER LEAGUE manager? Smells of corruption. The owners seem like they couldn't give a second sh*t about the fans nor the club. They gave him an improved contract on large wages after he only had one win all season! The guy will bring them down and the owners will asset strip their club, sending them to league one with loads of debt. They have agents leeching off them who get 400% add-on fee that goes to their pocket of the players value. The swansea game just masked a truly pathetic record. A bit off-topic I know, but the man is a joke of a manager, and Blackburn fans should rightly be aggrieved. Also, Redknapp is completely correct about AVBs complains. Henri 115
Press conferences are for the coach and the media to interact with one another and exchange views and opinions. If the media can question and criticize the coach, the coach has every right to question and criticize the media. After all its his job he's defending not yours....Wrong - He is doing exactly what they want, they piss him of and he bite the bullet, stupid move from a young not media trained coach!. Tell me one good thing your gonna get by fighting the press?. Respect?, you gotta be kidding. Now Neville?, Instead he should have sayd - next question, thats control - the other definding thing is not gonna help him. Be like in the beginning (arrogant and cool) Mourinho didnt learn him that obviously.

But all in all itswaste of time trying to fight them, i just dont hope there is something behind. Swedish House Mafia 508
I like him. I want a manager who has balls and isn't afraid to recieve and unleash criticism. People talk shit about him and Chelsea and some expect him to say nothing. He can say what he wants, human rights and all.

Respect?, you gotta be kidding. Now Neville?, Instead he should have sayd - next question, thats control - the other definding thing is not gonna help him. Be like in the beginning (arrogant and cool) Mourinho didnt learn him that obviously. You're right..this is what Carlo used to handle a lot better, and I would love it if AVB did the same because, the press won't stop hounding him.But you should also realise things from AVB's perspective. He works meticulously and with great detail with regards to his tactics, training and game planning, and these guys sitting in some commentary box or in front of their laptops come out with garbage to undermine whatever he has done. Its only natural for him to get furious...I think he should (and I think he will) realize that at this point of the season its only a losing battle against the press and that its best to just ignore them, and occasionally come out with a sarcastic or stinging remark like Mourinho or Ferguson to put them in their place... So be careful what you're saying.'Im starting to love AVB. Well said. That makes little to no sense. Luiz has no link to the Brazil squads that won the world cups, and furthermore he has been suspect at CB making various mistakes, being out of his position and making rash challenges. Carroll is part of a team who won many titles and European cups, does that mean that he should not receive criticism for his terrible displays? Gary Neville is talking like Luiz is a stupid player, a garbage. Of course playing for Brazil doesnt mean he is superb, but it means at least he knows one thing or two about football. Neville is a stupid ass.

The owners hired him, so they should be blamed. He's not good enough to be a premier league manager. Results are the most important part of football and quite simply he can't deliver. His win ratio prior to the Swansea game was around 17%, the second worst record of a Premier League manager ever I believe.

But it's far easier to replace a manager than to replace the owners.
