I am not taking the player's side but with Chelsea AvB showed nothing so that he can be called a great coach or even a good coach. In the begining he said that he would assess the squad and within 3 months he came into conclusion that Anelka and Alex are so worthless? Everybody knew us getting the 2nd position under Carlo was purely fluke. Did not he realize that our midfield was pure shit? Still I want to take Andres side just because I want to see an end to this player power regime. But to be very honest Andre is not a good coach. .....Yet. He is not even close.

I'm pretty sure Aelka and Alex handed in transfer requests.

I know he hasn't proved to us that he is a good coach in his short time at Chelsea but the things he's done surely counts for something, an average manager doesn't win the Europa league, or goes unbeaten.

Although i still don't know why we just bought in Cahill, (i know we bought de bruyne but we sent him on loan again) surely he most of known we wasn't good enough, but oh well, hopefully we can get to 4th and start to rebuild our squad in the summer.

The current situation is extremly difficult for CFC. For financial reason they can not change their manager on the other hand neither they can kick out 7-8 players to form a new squad that fit AvB's plan of playing free flowing attacking footbal. Nonetheless I am not worried about us going out of UCL next year. Because for next few years on mancs can secure their UCL spots. In coming season Chelsea can fight with Arsenal, Spuds and Pool for the remaining slots, I beleive.

I wish he would be giving a second season to see if he rectify his mistake, but Carlo never got the same treatment so why should he be any different?
