I want to marry this post and have all its babies. I'm one of those old school kind of people who wants such a legend to retire in their team. I think we can manage that somehow and he may be opened to have a lower wage. And he's special, he's one of those guys that really can continue to contribute even when age and fitness may present issues. I'm with him staying and being used wisely. He doesn't need to start all matches or play all of them. but he can still be deadly and he's such a nice guy and he wants what's best for the team. I'm a huge Frank fan that wanted him to stay not only because of what he represents, but also because of what he can still produce.

I'm going to ignore the three teams I support in Europe are taking part of the same tournament - even if a friendly tournament. I'm a Chelsea fan above anything else - reason why the only forums about football I read/post are Chelsea-related - despite speaking Spanish fluently and understanding Italian quite well. Inter is going through a bad moment now and there are a lot of changes, it's like a transition time in their history. We are definitely favorite to win, but even Inter in a terrible moment is much more challenging than the sides we've played in Asia. Inter is one of the historic European teams, their shirt will always be respected as well as many others. So I think it's going to be a good match, even if we dominate - as we should. But people shouldn't be surprised if for any reason Inter wins or offers more opposition than they initially expected. In football teams like Inter should never be written off because football is totally unpredictable and that's one of the beauties about it. What makes it so amazing. We should win, I hope we do

I don't think it's exciting, I think it's touching. It's a passion that not even the sad and bad stuff we face in modern world can hold back. Of course I'd rather have a stadium filled with people there instead of a sick sounding system, I'm sure those players and manager would also as well, but that's how they coped with offering the team what they needed. Those weren't their voices and they couldn't see their faces, it doesn't mean they couldn't feel the support behind them. It's about that imo, not about the technology used or being cool. It's about those players feeling the supporters behind them, just like players around the world can feel at any match, but they couldn't until then. And it's not for the title, it was a match against relegation, which makes it all more awesome. I know a lot of fans that are more than ready to abandon their teams if they don't win titles, let alone if they're facing relegation. I feel a lot for countries where people lost what we take for granted every day. I feel bad about what humanity is turning into so when I see something like that, I feel better about things, I feel better for people like them and I feel hopeful because I want to believe things like that have the power to change the people in charge who are making so many stupid and inhuman things and decisions.

That's what I said the other day: That's what Mourinho said now: I feel backed up for saying the other day that Mourinho would make Hazard - not Mata - the player he gives freedom to. Eden is going to be his Wesley/Cris. Not backed up by only saying he has favorites (who he called the next day 'untouchable' players - in the exact argument I gave: he has players he doesn't bench no matter how long they slump and he has players he gives freedom from defensive responsibilities. I feel really backed up by his words. I may not understand much about football - I don't -, but after following this guy closely for the last 9 years, I understand a lot about how Mourinho's head works). Which is why I keep insisting, Mata will change under Mourinho for better or for worse. He will have to improve his work rate otherwise he'll lose space. Mourinho knows the star in this team is Hazard. It's not diminishing Mata, it's just putting Eden where he belongs. Even a blind can see that. If he has to sacrifice someone he will sacrifice Mata - because that's the obvious thing to do. thanks for posting the articles

I'm one of the biggest Mourinho's fan out there. I've followed his work for the past 9 yeas - although I was lucky he only managed teams I support -and he will always have my support. It doesn't mean he doesn't make mistakes. He does, like everyone else - he just does it less than the next guy That said, if Rooney comes (I really hope he doesn't), let's hope Mourinho isn't wrong on his assessment. I wouldn't even write it off that he doesn't have a real interest in Rooney and is just playing mind games because it doesn't make sense in my head that out of all the strikers in the world Mourinho seems so adamant about Rooney of all people. So maybe he's just trying to weaken a new manager in the biggest competition because when has Mourinho last been so clear and open about a signing? If this guy was the next (or current) big deal on football I'd get it, but Rooney? What's about Wayne Rooney that could make Mourinho behave like that? It has mind games written all over and maybe behind it there's a slight interest. But I think his main goal with this saga is weaken ManUtd and Moyes. If he really has an interest though, I guess he's coming from what I've said before: he must be really confident on his management skills and Rui Faria's magic in the physical training if he thinks that Rooney is what Chelsea need now. We need a striker, that's for sure. The best names are unavailable (Falcao, Lewa, Cavani). I think it's risky, maybe not as risky as Torres was back then, but risky nonetheless and Mourinho knows it, which is why I'm convinced he's mainly looking for weakening one of his strongest opposition - that already is in a odd/new situation to say the least.

am I really the only one to think that ManCity with half a new team and a new manager after having Mancini for a while, will lead them to struggle? Football demands chemistry, getting used to teammates, getting used to the commander, etc... I'm not questioning they may have one of the best squads, but normally football doesn't work like that all of sudden especially in a competitive league like EPL... so I really expect them to struggle. Now it's time for Bayern x Borussia... I didn't watch UCL final, but I'm going to watch German Supercup

I unfollowed tons of people this week based on how much RT's they spammed my otherwise tidy timeline. I'm so picky on my Twitter. sorry, I guess? My Twitter is my fave place on internet, I unfollow people for so little... so don't take it personally, just think I'm old and picky. Still love you though Oh I'm not into the gratuitous gif overload although I like the gif'ed joke just like the next person. So I guess I like you better if I understood what you meant at all. but I use a ton of smileys - if you meant them alone - because I keep sticking my tongue or winking on posts. Maybe to make up for the inability to wink in real life

I warned him about myself, I guess he understood that. I like him quite a lot though, so we're good. He's going to be represent my brother in the forum. For now my brother is just a couple of feet away from me - after taking me out yesterday, set me up with his friend (which there was no problem with @DJames) and all of them making me laugh harder than I laughed in so long So when I come back to my town, @JayC will remind me of my bro, so I automatically like him. And he's quite reasonable in everything he's said so far.
-
I'm sure I represent many - if not all - here Jim We really appreciate all the effort and hard work you put here. So we'd like to thank you for your time, your dedication, your commitment and even your money (as far as I can say you complete the $60 difference quite often. Which is why I'll continue to donate.

I don't know how many of you have seen it, but it gave me goose bumps. Maybe it's been posted here already, but just in case for those who haven't seen it yet.

imo the only beautiful man in the team is Azpilicueta. And Mourinho is a fox There are cute guys: Torres, Eden, André, Ryan, Piazon, Mikel There are nice guys: Oscar, Lamps, Cahill, Kalas, Not cute, not ugly, somewhat charming: JT, Essien Oddly charming: Ivan, Petr I don't rate: van Ginkel, Ba, Mata, Kevin, Lukaku, Cole, Moses The ugliest is Rami... Poor thing is a huge no-no.

watching under 19... Spain have a Traore as well. And I'll let you know the guy is amazing.

according to the man himself he knew he was going to come back here in December and talked to Roman in January... so I'm quite sure we could have signed anyone except overrated Guardiola and they would still leave for Mourinho to come. Mourinho >>>>> Guardiola Also I saw someone mentioning the Godfather nickname but I couldn't find the article here, so here it goes also in another Guardian piece he said this: That's the kind of honesty and straightforwardness I love about Mourinho. He doesn't lie saying there are no untouchable players in his squads because there are, just like in any other squad. He admits he can give the 'seal' to who earns it while the other managers are normally diplomatic and hypocrite saying everyone is treated the same. Everyone play by the same rules, but everyone isn't the same!

Seventeen years old! no wonder we went for him when he was 14. It's so good to have such promising boys in the squad. I hope he chooses us when he turns 18 in September

oh because of this? *feels good every frigging time* It applies to the club alone though (just like I hate Barça and Milan - and to a lesser extent Bayern). As I stated in the pub, my brother's fave team in the whole world is ManUtd. He's obsessed, passionate and all that shit about ManUtd. I have a few friends how support them as well... It's Arsenal fans I normally have a hard time with. THOSE are normally unbearable people - although of course generalization is a mistake. But most Arse-anal fans I know are pretty annoying. ManUtd fans are okay (maybe bc I'm biased bc of my bro). and the reason why I don't want Roo at SB has nothing to do with that. I'd rather have Suarez, as this is his thread and I can at least try to stay on topic. I really do. We could get him a shrink, a kindergarten teacher and a psychologist and teach him the basic notions of behaving as an human being. It's not that hard as children around the world normally get a grasp of the idea when they're 3-4... the most stubborn take 5 years. I'm sure Luis can fit the pattern, so the board could even go to the usual 5-year contract and when it runs its course not only we may have had a great player scoring goals for us, but we would have accomplished our share of good actions by converting him into an human being

PM Steve for the code, Skipper. He changed the rules.

Now why is that? What's bad about me? I don't even bite people's ears just because now do tell, what you meant I'm as nice as a flower
-
Okay But I'll let you know a secret. If someone tells you to be weary of another member - you should believe them. That's what I learned by experience.
-
Sorry, old habits die hard. Especially because I'm spending some days with my brother (we live 500km apart) and we keep calling each other such pleasantries, so I got carried away. which is my bad. Am I forgiven? Oh, so you should be weary of me? now I'm going to have to go further there.

Poyet, Spencer, Hughes, Zola, di Matteo, and some more. I'm a happy girl now in front of my TV
-
but how am I after you? I edited my last post. Just so you know I don't hate ManUre fans. I just ignore that unpleasing trait of them. As much as they ignore the unpleasing fact I'm a Blue I don't strip though or do lapdances ************************ Watching some sick Spencer moments with the Blues now in the FA Cup.
-
am I? how is that exactly? My brother is a ManUne and I love him more than other man in the world... so I can be nice to a ManUre fan At least I have the tits and the ass
-
I'm a Batman girl all way through

I'm with @CHOULO19 and @DYC. in this one. He has the potential, he will be better than Torres - he had better stats last season, but he is not ready for the big stage week in, week out. I'm positive Mourinho will start Torres whenever he can (not the case against Hull) and if Lukaku does well in the matches he enters in the second half, he'll become a regular starter. Mourinho knows he has to handle the youngsters carefully. He doesn't want to put too much pressure. Everyone knows our biggest deficiency in the squad is the striker position and then he benches Torres and put all the pressure over the 20yo guy? That doesn't look like Mou imo and I like to believe I know him quite well after all it's been 9 years following him closely in each of my teams... As DYC said, he has time, he has the right mentality, but moving from WBA to Chelsea isn't that easy. He could nail it, or he could struggle. That's why I'm sticking with Mou doing it gradually. that is of course, if Rooney doesn't come. If both Torres and Lukaku are in the bench then I think he might have an edge over Torres because Mourinho doesn't stroke egos and he might prefer to develop a new and promising player than keep giving chances to a veteran that is clearly in decline. edit: btw, can the Belgians (or whoelse) help me here? is Lukaku or Lukaku?

sorry But he's just having the time of his life with the team. It's like @Special Juan said, he's making his dream come true. and I love his attitude. Couldn't help. But hey, I don't think he's hot, just a cutie with his enjoyment and passion being with us.
