When people said cahill was one of the best cbs in the league prior to the beginning of the season, I knew how bias and/or retarded people were on this forum... Cahill is a typical 3rd/4th cb for a title squad, nothing really wrong with that since all clubs need more than 2 decent cbs...

Crazy thing is Chelsea allowed the same amount of goals this season city has leaked in with their primary cb this season being demichellis, an injured kompany and rash mangala. In addition, city plays open football moreso than chelsea with 2 attacking fullbacks.. Also, united has allowed one more goal in with a defense that is one of the worse in the league.... I like thibo, however, I think he might be a tad overrated as the consensus number 2 in the world.

Still think rambo isnt fully fit yet. I would prefer to see chelsea playing a full 3 man midfield with 3 of the 4 (matic, oscar, cesc or rambo) and let hazard play on the wings with willian working hard on the right... However, I think playing all 3 brazilians (rambo, willian and oscar) at the same time might be unneccessary and redundant.

Im surprised people are calling for oscar, willian, costa, cesc head but not ivan. Ivan side was the side that kept getting bombarded and destroyed.... Chelsea back 4 minus dave lack pace and it is showing again.

Didnt think Oscar played bad, but he didnt press well imo. Diego Costa was pressing like a mad dog, but the other 3 not so much. Chelsea scored all 3 goals from spurs' lapse of concentration. 1st goal. Rose though hazard went out of bounce and was complaining. 2nd goal. fazio lost the ball from an error 3rd goal. vertoghen was complaining and chelsea starting the set peice fast since they were out of position.

Too defensive for my taste... I put in zabaleta and silva (if he counts due to injury) and drop ivan and schneiderlin. Drop fonte as well, but I dont know what other cb in the league was good this year. No one on that squad is particularly good in set pieces.. *maybe sanchez

Nasri doesnt start for France, nor does koschielny Good thing about sissoko is his versatility. He can play in the pivot or one of the three am positions as well. Similar to rambo, except sissoko has very good technical ability and power.

I feel that andre needs to play a role similar to juan mata role in order for him to do well. For a winger, he doesnt really provide great width and is always in the central area of the field. However, he and costa are probably the most likely recipients to cesc's throughballs.

hazard needs rest. However, a fit hazard would make vertoghen look stupid and the rest of their backline.. I would start Drogba with oscar, willian and remy with matic and ramires.

Mikel starting a few games over ramires really confirms that ramires is still hurt and not fully fit. No way would Jose start mikel over ramires, unless he wasn't fit.

difference is that city hasn't been healthy together. Chelsea has been healthy for most part of the season (minus ramires)...

hazard was fantastic in the first half both offensively and defensively.. Didnt see the second half, but I thought hazard and cesc were class.

Di Maria and Aguero....Silva is great option as well... Vertoghen/Kosielny....At CB

Costa did hold the ball up well and had a few headers... Think he would be our best option outside of Cavani.
