Playing in Chelsea is different. mikel outside of Chelsea is a different player as is a lot of our players. prior to Torres coming to Chelsea, did anyone ever question his technique and skills? Look at Luiz for Brazil vs Chelsea. Two completely different players. Oscar is no David Silva/Iniesta, but only a handful of players in the current generation are. Isco is fantastic dribbler with immense ball control. Obviously, Isco is better than Oscar in those 2 aspects of the game. However, now he is playing for a big team, he is invisible and a shadow of the Malaga Isco.

If Jose doesn't win anything next season, we should sack him. This season isn't a fair amount of time for Jose to completely changed the team into "his team." However, with 2 more transfer windows, that should be enough.

At Madrid, Jose had a few guys playing villian roles for the team. Pepe, Khedira and Ramos. it seems like the villian role is now with ramires and Luiz would get it as well if he was a starter... As a poster alluded to, I think a lot of ramires actions has to do with Jose as the manager....

Difference is Isco plays under a better manager and a better team. This same concept of headless chicken was thrown a lot in reference to Di Maria last season, yet, with a new manager, he is probably madrid best player this season. The ideal playmaker is the Croatian in madrid. He is pretty much better than oscar in every facet of the game and would fit with Jose's tactics. However, getting him would cost a leg and arm.

Danny pretty good imo. He has the ability to do the amazing and holds the ball up 100000x better than Lukaku. Complete team player. However as a few people alluded to, he does make the wrong decision quite a bit (similar to Sturridge).

Modric would be the perfect player that Chelsea is missing and replace OScar IMO in both 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1. However, he is nearing 30 and Madrid already have Isco so I don't know what they would gain with Oscar.
