Jose to me can't be the perfect manager. Jose is a manager that only cares about results. Not long term progression nor youth team acclimation. Don't know who the best manager currently is, but one quote from Thierry Henry is the reason why I can never accept Jose as the best manager. Barça have an identity. People forget how good nasri was before he joined city. Bayern as well never went for Kevin. Liverpool I can understand and PSG, like Real never seem to buy due to need. Still think the perfect team for Kevin is Liverpool and would essentially replace everything Gerrard did when he was younger (except physically).

Mikel isn't the safest option. The spurs midfield is actually their strong point on their squad and like Jose, Pochetti loves a hard working balanced team. He literally replaced big names/transfers in sandro, capoue, huddleston, dembele and paulinho for mason and bentalb paired up with ericksen. Unless, Jose plans to park the bus and counter, Mikel shouldn't be the option, it should be ake or even play a three midfield of ramires-cesc and oscar.

William. Cuadrado. He gave that spot cause remy and ramires can both play there and no need to make an unnecessary buy in January.

It weird tbh. Willian slowed the play quite a bit on the counters and made a few bad decisions (NOT AS MUCH AS HAZARD). Maybe oscar's expectation is significantly higher than willian.
