  1. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/510187/Chelsea-midfielder-set-for-surprise-January-exit Baker could be loaned out to Derby or Leeds in January..
  2. Wasn't Deschamps more of a defensive midfielder? I would add Lillian Thuram to the list of defenders!
  3. Redknapp is so overrated. Other than winning the FA Cup with Portsmouth, his career has been pretty average... If QPR don't get relegated this season, they will be very lucky... As for Newcastle....what can you say about them? They gave Alan Pardew an 8 year contract last season...which makes no sense
  4. I totally agree...something like: http://lineupbuilder.com/?sk=4ky07
  5. If your basing that on today's game, I agree....but at full strength, City have a better bench
  6. If Yaya isn't back for our match, that's a good thing...it'll make it easier to dominate their midfield
  7. Hope he gets a chance sooner rather than later It'll be great to see a natural LWB help out Hazard in attack
  8. Samsung also sponsor Bayern Munich and they have a partnership with Juventus, Inter Milan and Olympiakos..
  9. If you check zyzz's post on this thread...4 managers, 5 players get nominated for Manager/Player of the Month Lambert was nominated
  10. Unnecessary? United don't really have a RW at the moment... Imagine their attack if C.Ronaldo came back... (best case scenario) Di Maria --- Falcao --- CR7 would be an interesting trio
  11. I guess it depends on how much Turkish Airlines is willing to offer per year £13.8 Million per year from Samsung isn't enough...considering the other top 4 sides are getting 20+ million per year
  12. Alcacer looks promising up front....but they need to find another CB. Albiol--Ramos is not a very convincing partnership
  13. Even if you let go of Bento...most of the players in the current team won't change..
  14. IF someone was to bid 40+ million for Oscar, it would be tempting to sell him*.. (*assuming he doesn't drastically improve this season with the addition of Fabregas)
  15. It doesn't really matter if Neymar wears the armband....when T.Silva is fit, he's the leader. Similarly, Messi wears the armband for Argentina but for me, Mascherano is the leader
  16. I don't understand what clubception is...but from what i've read, he had offers outside of Manchester City's affiliate club
  17. He could of easily turned down the chance to sign for another EPL club but he didn't
  18. Walcott isn't a CF, his own manager (Wenger) said: "He is primarily a wide player but in certain situations, we may use him through the middle"
  19. IF none of those players make it at Chelsea (as a squad player), then there is something seriously wrong with our youth development policy...
  20. Totally agree, Oscar > Joe Allen any day of the week Whenever people talk about Joe Allen, the first Chelsea name that comes to mind is Ryan Bertrand... as in he's not brilliant but as a squad player, he'll do his job, he'll generally give you a 7/10 performance and he won't complain
  21. If Rodgers wants Coutinho to play like Oscar, he's making a mistake. Coutinho's strength is his attacking ability & flair....unlike Oscar who's main strength is defensive workrate.
  22. We probably would have lost or drawn the game had Oscar played.
  23. Out of the AM's we have loaned out (e.g Piazon, Traore, Atsu, Moses & Hazard)...who do you think is most likely to make it? In my opinion, if Traore can get a work permit, he's got the ability to be our 5th AM
