  1. 1) Why would you sell Ramires? He's a solid squad player 2) Tottenham won't sell us Eriksen, just like they didn't sell us Modric...
  2. Let's sign Koke and as part of the deal, Atletico can have Filipe Luis back
  3. Talk about a boring quarter final lineup....at least there is a Madrid derby! Feel bad for Porto, I liked the look of their team
  4. sadly this is true....I think the most recent Chelsea youngster to have this type of build up in the media was Josh McEachran...and look what happened to him (didn't even realise he was at Vitesse!)
  5. I think any top manager with an ego (Jose, Van Gaal, Fergie etc) will clash with players at some point and in most cases, the player is sold or the player asks for a move away I never said Jose's treatment of players is okay...but he's a top manager and sometimes you have to take the good with the bad.
  6. To be fair AVB was just too inexperienced to be manager of Chelsea (or any other top 6 club). Hope he comes back to the EPL in like 5-10 years and proves that he's a good manager
  7. I just wanna see Atletico vs Juventus/Bayern As for Porto/Monaco, one of them will end up facing Barca or Real Madrid to ensure 'easy' passage into the semis...
  8. If KDB got the amount of chances Oscar has been given in the CAM role, I don't think we would of sold him. I am glad that KDB got the chance to move to Wolfsburg as he doesn't deserve to sit on the bench whilst an inferior player (in terms of creativity) gets regular game-time in the CAM role.
  9. When Barca play like that, as an opposition manager, you can only hope your team doesn't get thrashed..
  10. Yeh..and that side will most likely be Wolfsburg. They play at a good tempo & he's got enough pace and strength to worry most Bundesliga defenders..
  11. The difference between us and City is team chemistry. At our peak, we played like a cohesive unit and teams couldn't break us down City have never played like a team in europe and until they do, they'll never make a UCL final
  12. Real almost knocked out by Di Matteo's average Schalke The only way they make the final is if they avoid Bayern/Juve in the QF/SF
  13. I think it's between Barca, Bayern and Juve for the title. I just don't see Real or Atletico winning it because neither of them were convincing against average opposition in the Round of 16
  14. True but with Cazorla and Giroud in form, Arsenal haven't really needed Sanchez in 2015..
  15. Expecting a good game between Dortmund and Juve Come on Klopp, get the 1-0 and you're through to the quarter finals
  16. We need another attacking threat, someone that can distract the opposition's defenders and give Hazard a bit more space to weave his magic..not fucking Douglas Costa, he's Willian 2.0 If Jose actually wants to sign Douglas Costa then there is something wrong with him
  17. I'd say £8-10 mil with add-ons...only because there aren't that many PL teams that need a young striker
  18. exactly, he'll probably get 5 games at the most next season if he came back to Chelsea because 1) I don't see Mourinho playing him ahead of Costa 2) Bamford would be useless on the wings
  19. It'll be weird seeing UCL QFs without an english club (let's be honest, City will be destroyed at Camp Nou)
  20. Winning the title will mean nothing in terms of Jose giving more chances to youngsters. Some managers believe in youth, give them a chance to impress...other managers prefer the short-term approach. The biggest indicator for me was the dead rubber we played in the last round of UCL group games. Mourinho could have fielded 2-3 youngsters for the full game...but instead, he played the same lineup and gave Ruben Loftus Cheek a worthless 8 minutes.
  21. It's not like our current midfielders are playing perfect football without any mistakes...we clearly need a burst in energy, someone fresh in midfield And anyway, if Aké did make a mistake on the pitch, I'm sure he would learn from that and make a better decision next time (just like any other youngster in world football) I wouldn't blame Mourinho, I would praise him for having the balls to play Aké
  22. The truth hurts....always thought this kid was gonna be a future Chelsea captain
  23. Chalobah's doing well, he's getting regular minutes at Reading and he's provided something different to their midfield, it's good to see Steve Clarke (former Chelsea assistant) give him a proper chance.. I feel bad for him, he's been on so many loan spells...at some point it must get frustrating as a player
  24. 1. I don't understand why you would want to sell Ramires, he's a solid squad player and generally does the job asked of him.. 2. I lost hope of Aké playing at Chelsea when Mourinho gave Zouma the chance to play as the "DM" in the league cup final
