  1. I'd take Varane over Stones any day of the week.
  2. It's because Players born on or after 1 January 1992 are still eligible for the U-21 2015 championships I really wish they would change the rule. Making 22/23 year olds play in an U-21 competition is pointless...because most of them will never earn a full cap for England
  3. Couldn't agree more...keen to see whether Kane becomes a consistent 20-goal a season striker Hopefully Harry Kane's story will motivate other English youngsters to keep working hard for that opportunity...
  4. I'm trying to judge him fairly...I honestly believe that he will thrive in Italy (if Juventus buy him) He's just not suited to playing a full EPL season
  5. Why would Barcelona criticize Guardiola? He's their former player, he's Barca through and through Mourinho left Chelsea, came back and he's just as stubborn as he was in his first spell. He still doesn't play the youth and his loyalty towards some players is fairly concerning for the future.. As for bringing significant victories, I'll give the praise to Roman for pouring money into the club and creating a platform which eventually allowed the likes of Mourinho, Ancelotti, Di Matteo & Hiddink to be managers at Chelsea
  6. he has only started 5 games for Chelsea...the substitute appearances don't matter as Remy is an experienced striker. He should know how to make an impact off the bench.. As for Bamford, if he started only 5 games next season, his development would be ruined. Best option would be to loan him/sell him to Boro, where the manager trusts him as a regular, see how he develops in the EPL and then make a decision at the end of the season
  7. HAHA, how is this even a story? If Mourinho really wants Adebayor, maybe he isn't the right man to lead Chelsea into the future...
  8. Having a good game for Brazil means nothing. Fans have a right to say that he's not good enough because he has contributed NOTHING to Chelsea's title hopes since January 2015. Oscar isn't receiving hate for the Mata and KDB saga, if he was more consistent, he would be praised
  9. Unless we play Azpi at RB next season, it won't matter how much Mourinho works on the defense...he'll just let Ivanovic do anything he wants on the right wing and force Willian/Cuadrado to cover him Hopefully those rumors of PSG, Bayern Munich being interested in Ivanovic are true....
  10. Hopefully good performances for Brazil increase his transfer fee If we want to evolve from our current team, Oscar should go
  11. Signing Gomes would be a waste of money, he doesn't solve our midfield issues...
  12. Mourinho may be a top-class manager but he's pathetic in terms of integrating youth into the first team I can understand if a youngster simply isn't good enough to be in the team...but I don't think that's the case with Aké.. I can only hope we don't waste Loftus-Cheek by making him sit on the bench next season
  13. I thought Kroos left because he wanted a new challenge and Real Madrid also gave him higher wages..
  14. There is no way the premier league will agree to his proposal...just imagine English clubs trying to perform in the UCL? Everyone would get knocked out in the group stages like Liverpool
  15. Dyke's strategy makes no sense for English clubs. I would love to see a rule whereby every EPL club has to use ONE Under-23 English player for all EPL matches. That way, at least one youngster from each club has a chance of making it..
  16. Hope he returns to England, I wanna see more quality players in the EPL next season
  17. Hope he is allowed to leave...doesn't deserve to sit on the bench
  18. Good to see him scoring, deserves more minutes
  19. Close one, but a win is a win. Another step closer to title!
  20. Fair enough, he could stick around like Bertrand, get the odd chance to impress as a backup I'm just not getting my hopes up...after the disappointment of McEachran (I thought he would be a HG squad player by now, had all the talent)
  21. Hate to burst your bubble but unless Baker is playing exceptionally well in the Championship next season, his chances of making it at Chelsea are slim I do think he'll have a solid career (like Jack Cork..who was also a talented young midfielder in Chelsea's reserves), just not at Chelsea
  22. Ivanovic will never be dropped unless he gets injured or suspended! Come on, he's probably like Mourinho's favourite player
  23. Good for him, hopefully he earns a permanent move to a Championship/League 1 club sooner rather than later He's got raw talent but I just don't see him making it at Chelsea
  24. Every player you mentioned is at least a squad player other than Fernando Flop Torres. If you think Ramires is useless, fair enough, but I just don't see Mourinho selling him. He does his job and works for the team, which is what you want from a squad player
  25. If Ramires is preventing us from evolving then how come Mourinho keeps playing him? He could just freeze out Ramires like he did to Salah, Schurrle, KDB before selling them The only players I see leaving/being sold are Remy, Filipe Luis and maybe Drogba (Bamford can take his spot)
