It's better than Willian/schurlle at least. Our counterattacks will be far better because he won't pass back to ivanovic when he has only one marker to dribble and slow down our play. Robben used to have very poor decision making shooting every time even worse than schurlle and was criticized for it but he was still better than our right wing options because he can dribble like hazard. I'm not saying he is messi but for the price of 10 mil according to rumors he is worth a look. I have missed us having jcole and robben on both flanks with pure pace and real ability to dribble like hazard and I want that back.

Hazard doesn't slow down the play nearly as much as willian and you know it. Willian does this almost every time, that's why I mentioned it. From that pic, because willian is not a good dribbler (imo) he can't get past just one player, hazard would at least try to beat him or even ivanovic would have used his strength to power through. But willian lost his ability to beat players in Shakhtar and his poor decision making is not helping to mask that.

Exactly. I don't know about other coaches but I hate players repeatedly making the same mistake that can be fixed. Like you said I'll tell them to their faces to fix that part of their game. Personally, to me willian is just not intelligent, Its not his fault. But he should be able to learn how to speed play up and dribble past one marker with space like that. Unacceptable for his age and skill that he doesn't get that.

No, try to get reus first. I don't really like his assists ratio too. Once a player doesn't have good assists/chance creation ratio, he won't be good enough for a title winning team unless he is younger and has more years to develop.

Someone showed me this aspect that he needs to improve and I agree. Has to try to dribble the guy with that much space behind, or pass the ball quickly. Make a fast decision instead of delaying and slowing our play drastically, giving the defense time to organize.

The guy is fast. From the video it seems he can play all roles behind the striker or plays a free role. But his dribbling is very good, he actually beats his players and not just do silly stepovers just to pass back. He seems to have a powerful shot on him too. His only weakness is his decision making, but looking at the no of assists/goals he has for a team like lazio, then its not that bad either.

He's a better shot stopper than courtois, or let's say he pulls off more incredible saves when our defence is having a nightmare. But courtois is better at catching balls in the air, so has advantage in defending freekicks and corners

At this rate he could overtake hazard in the player of the year position. Incredible 13 goals and 7assists or so already.

This guy knows where to be in the 18box. Looks on course for 25-30 goals. The last time we had a player score above 20 we won the league. This guy is massively important to our title charge

I know thats the priority above the dribbling I mentioned but I've looked and I don't see any realistic goalscoring winger in this window except for reus and lacazette of marselle. We should have gotten griezmann but that ship has sailed. So maybe we can get someone who can create more chances for our right wing by dribbling like hazard and creating space for others. Which is lavezzi and cuadrado.
