Mancity can play without yaya or fernadinho or Nasri or kompany or silva or aguero and their subs still do the job. If we rest any of our starters we perform below par. Exactly, I said this too in the stoke city pre-match thread. Park the bus always existed, its just because our ways of scoring has become too limited over the years. We have lost long range shooting and powerful dribbling through the middle of the midfield. We had Essien who could make driving runs past players through the middle with the ball. And like you said the long range shooters have all disappeared. Mancity have yayatoure who can dribble through bodies in the middle when people park the bus and he has bailed them out of difficult matches with his long range shooting too. We have one way of scoring which is to shoot from the 18box or 6yard box or we don't score. Luckily our setpieces have helped us this season compared to last.

His vision looks too good in that video. Has his passing always been that good? Would definitely start in our team if he delivers that kind of passing consistently.

Spot on.He gives more back passes than mikel, he has speed but can't dribble past a defender to save his life and always makes the wrong choice in attack. I think at this point we should play Schurrle more. I know he's selfish but he at least contributes more in attack and making him feel like he's a starter will reduce his selfishness and he has more years to improve while willian is a final product.

He did that a lot last season and always ended up against 3 markers when he could have attacked the one marker earlier when he had the chance. He's not done it much this season but maybe the recent act is due to a little fatigue.

Willian can really be shit at times. He has no awareness of his surrounding, he keeps allowing someone to collect the ball from behind him. We lost some creativity with two DMs, but stoke have been completely nullified.

For some reason too we don't have any proper long range shooter too.The fact that we don't have any player who carries the ball through the middle of packed defenses with power has limited the number of ways we have to beat parked buses. Essien could dribble through physical 10men defenses and ballack/lamps could score from 30yards when there is no space for close range chances. Our number of ways to break down defenses have become limited.
