Not taking sides but the amount of people who are stating what a fan is etc etc, TOPTB does not disagree. A bit of a misunderstanding. Both useful members/mods however you say. Let's just lock the thread and move on!

His nose is nearly as big as her face

I was watching ESPN Press Pass and they stated what Mourinho had said. Can't remember if they used a source however if they were to publish false quotes from a manager which was not true, they could have legal action taken against them. He definitely said it. If you type in, there are a few sources.
-
Yes, he did. Mourinho is fully quoted saying this. Do your research.

On his reported interest of KPB, Mourinho said "we want football players, not fashion models. Last year he had more hairstyles than goals".

Just reading over some of the comments on skysports about Lukaku confirming he is going to be with us next season. These two stand out and represent the true potential of him fully IMO: "Lukaku deserves his chance at Chelsea; as a West Brom fan, I saw him run rings around defenders at times and truly change games. His all-round game is lacking but he's incredibly young and will undoubtedly flourish with the likes of Hazard, Mata, Oscar and Ramires behind him. He played in a top 8 side last season, and he would be welcomed back to the Hawthorns with open arms, but now is the time for Romelu to show his worth in Europe and at a title-chasing side. You will always be remember down the Hawthorns Romelu." "Lukaku has one thing that Drogba didn't have and that is blistering pace for his size and weight. With that pace and Drogba like playing style he could become the most feared striker in the world." Seriously cannot wait to see him in a Chelsea shirt next season. Hope he gets a few goals in pre-season and can prove to Jose he can be our no.1 striker.

Your an asshole. He is one of the youngest players in the tournament and youngest in the squad IIRC. He has not even been awful, just not been at his best. Still a decent prospect. Nice how we judge someone to be awful at age of 18. I don't mind when people criticise him and say he has a lot of things to improve on and might not be ready etc but comments like yours are just ridiculous. Maybe judge him over the course of the season rather than few games. Many players his age and older are not even in a position to claim a place in the squad.

So, Skipper would not have been the deserved winner had he won it then?

He has only been on for about 8 minutes you muppet.

Will someone ever vote me?

Have some respect if you are going to interact with other members of this forum. You have only been here for what, 2 weeks? And you are calling people morons and other abusive words. Learn some respect. I thought some of your posts about Luiz few days back was ludicrous. Doesn't mean we should call u names does it.... FFS grow up!

Don't know what to make of this. I would not call him world class but do I believe he deserves to be starting somewhere else? Yes, because he does score goals. I have an improved opinion of him from what I had before. I mean for his country where I would say he is not surrounded by world class players, he has scored 9 goals in 6 world cup qualifiers and considering that he has been benched for Man City in 16 of their Premiership games, a return of 14 goals is not that bad IMO. Not as good as Cavani or Lewa IMO but do I believe he is better than our current strikers, of course. If he was given more starts by City he would have more goals for sure.
-
He is never going to join us for reasons aforementioned and he has that bond with Arsenal where he will never join Arsenal's London rivals. If this thread is going to remain open just keep it as a wish because we will not make a bid for him as he will not come.

You clearly are living in another century. He was rotated between CB and CM. I remember when we beat West Ham this season 2-0. Had an excellent game at CB. Luiz did not give their strikers a sniff. LOL and to say he is average in both positions, LMAO. Yes, he makes the odd mistakes but he certainly has improved over last few months. I thought he was our best player in the games against Swansea and United this season in our wins against them. Fulham 0-3 Chelsea three, another game at CB where he had an excellent game and scored one of the goals of the season. Stoke 0-4 Chelsea, played at CB, another excellent game he had. So where you get your facts from I don't know but in 2013 I think he has been along our best performers. So compare his mistakes this season with his good games and come back please. You have no idea.

I don't think he will be scared to put Courtois as no.1 next season. He asserts authority over his players, not the other way round. Just look at when Cudicini was replaced with Cech and around those times Cudicini was arguably the best GK in the Premiership. I did not expect that at all but Mourinho saw something in Cech to be our no.1 and was justified. Replaced Pepe with Varane, he is not scared to make decisions. I really don't mind who our keeper is next season, I trust Mourinho on that. Two excellent keepers we have got.
-
Varane is not going to join us so lets stop dreaming. He only joined Real last season and they will not let him go regardless if Mouriho wanted him or not. He will get games under their new manager and he will probably be there for a few seasons. I am sure when he joined them he knew of rumours about Mourinho which started from last season so he will not move after one season. Some people have some unrealistic expectations regarding transfers sometimes.
-
He scored against us in two friendlies. Big deal. We had a 17 year old with no prior first team experience marking him. He has not scored against us in actualy competitive fixtures IIRC. You make it sound as if he is a nemesis against us.
-
Watch him still get into double figures next season
-
I think Jose will defo bring him back here. Has been decent at Real. Hopefully if he comes back, Jose can get him playing back or at least near his best again. Excellent game today.

http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11835/8742473/Barcelona-vice-president-hits-out-at-Chelsea-bound-former-Real-boss-Jose-Mourinho That was a bit harsh but I think it was a bit low of Mourinho leaving Casillas out of the squad for the last game of the season.

Playing in about 10 mins. Live on SkySports, should be interesting. Inconsistent at times but I think he is he a quality player. A bit amateurish behaviour like Suarez at times but very good player, no denying that.
-
Obviously they are not better than them 2 now but do they have the potential to be? I would say yes. Ake has started games for us at the age of 17/18 while Matic struggled to ever get in our lineup. Stoch is a winger so I will not say much about him but he was never good enough to be a regular starter here. I know he did not get many starts but the only time I saw him produce something was in our win against Stoke where he came on and changed the game and Lamps scored a last min winner (think it was Stoke). I am confused though. Why do you reckon he has made that point because Ba is black. In his other post he compliments Mata. But I don't see what is so ludicrous what he wrote about Ba. I think it is true, he has been inconsistent but it can be difficult for a striker to settle in. Anelka as he pointed out was a flop at first but when given more time and a change in position he was excellent. So maybe Ba can do the same.
-
WTF? Why would you even make a suggestion like that when he has made a perfectly reasonable argument. He has made 2 posts which do not suggest any bias towards black players. He has made a good point and because you disagree you say it is because he is black lol? Ridiculous. Imagine if the tables were turned now and people looked at your posts and from what I have seen you have stated that you would prefer Matic and Stoch over Ake, Chalobah and RLC, all black players or mixed race then you also stated that you would like us to get rid of Essien. That is probably your honest opinion but you would not want people stating that you don't like black players would you? So why have you made that suggestion now? He is spot on. Anelka took time to hit his stride, slower than Ba then after he settled in he proved to be a key player for us.
-
I can't say he is overrated because his goal tally is excellent but I agree with you on the fee. I don't want us spending £50m+ plus on any striker following the Torres saga.
