WOW, this debating about Mikel has led to 3 pages from this afternoon up until now

If we finish 5th truth is I will be totally gutted and reflective on the amount of late goals we have conceded that fucked us up and games where we have spurned when being in a strong lead. Newcastle, Reading, Southampton, Liverpool. If we played QPR 9/10 at home we would win easily but these are games we might unfortunately have to look back on.

Still extremely bitter about this result. Not just the fact that we would of been in the driving seat to finish in top 4, it would of also felt good to go to Anfield and win which we have not done for a few years and conceding in the 97th min is a pisstake, especially when the fucking werewolf who should have been sent off scores which rubbed salt into the wound. But if I learnt anything from this match it is that if there was any possibility that Torres had a chance of redeeming himself here among fans and the club, those chances are truly diminished. What an awful performance, you play 90 mins and contribute fuck all. We were playing literally with 10 men on the whole field. Individual performances, have no exact complaints apart from Torres who was awful. His last PL goal coming against Villa in December, DECEMBER! that is bloody embarrassing. Now Rafa, what do I have to say about him. A total deluded bastard really. This is not just a knee-jerk reaction btw, as soon as Hazard came off, I foresaw what was going to happen. It just did not make sense bringing Benayoun on for him as Hazard was causing them many problems and was not tiring then you made such a ridiculous sub when there was plenty of the game left to be played. It was quite fucking obvious that it was not working with Torres and Ba should have come on and why Rafa did not bring him on is totally beyond me and every other Chelsea fan. The only defence I can give Rafa for playing Torres the whole 90 mins was that he was that he was that invisible he forgot he was on the field. I wish Rafa could come on forums or Chelsea TV and answer questions from fans. Because it would help to understand some of the things he does. For eg if his reasons for starting Torres was that he would be more motivated against his former club, it is quite fuckin ridiculous as Ba should have started. Every game Torres has played against Liverpool, previously he has been shit and once again was garbage. It is clear Rafa is fuckin us up and has no real interest in improving us. Any normal manager would have subbed Torres, when he was that bad. Look at the Adebayor-Defoe instance against City, how that changed the game with Defoe coming on. We needed an alternative up front and how the fsw did not comprehend this I do not know. Anyway want to move on from this game as the way the game turned and the performance of Rafa and Torres really pissed me off. They both played there parts in renewing there success with Liverpool, they really were start performers for Liverpool. Just want top 4 and a new manager who we can move forward with.

You sound like a Liverfool fan

Torres should have gone, not Sturridge.
-
Why would he want to stay when he could not start over a shit striker like Torres. We really correct to sell him, yeah and he scores and creates and an assist while the guy who he could not crazily replace in our team, played a 90 min and was fuckin garbage.

WTF? Hazard off for Benayoun? What a stupid fucking decision.

Watching the game against Real Madrid. His long rang passing is excellent, Alons-esque. Been really impressed with what I have seen from him so far.
-
Lol, why is he an idiot? Emenalo is doing a job that Abramovich asks him to do. Insulting him is quite stupid really. Abramovich is the guy responsible for delegating tasks to Emenalo etc and thus we are finding players even without the manager. If you are unhappy, the guy to have a go at is Abramovich.

Sorry but that is bullshit. That has nothing to do with it. Victor Moses was Wigan's best player and was a big reason why they stayed up. He caused many problems when he played us also and his form justified a move here. I think even people who are not Moses biggest fans would totally disagree with your comment. Moses has premiership experience, was clearly too good for Wigan and deservedly got a move here. He may have his up and downs but he is young and IMO has a lot to offer. We needed squad depth and Emelano and co obviously saw a good player at Wigan and thus wanted him here. SImple, no other reason, especially not the one you are suggesting.
-
While he is scoring a few in the EL and is improving his general performance, his last premiership goal was on the 23rd of December in the 8-0 thrashing of Villa. That is 4 months without a Premiership goal and that seems to not be picked up by many despite him scoring a flurry of goals in the EL. That for a striker here is not good enough and that is full proof to me that we cannot afford to have just Ba and Torres here as our main strikers next season. You are playing well recently Torres, however 4 months without a premiership goal is unacceptable.

The match is on Sunday anyway...

Well the big teams who I am assuming you are counting as United, City, Arsenal and Spurs... Liverpool have only won one of those games against Spurs which was 3-2. The others have been a couple draws and they have lost the rest.

Love the new kits Cech is going to be in black and yellow, black and yellow, black and yellow get it?
-
Amen to this post. I hate them knee-jerk responses who start saying he needs to leave because of one or few bad games. Give him time, he has age on his side and he in no way has been a useless player like some silly people have suggested.
-
Some nutters on these forums wanted him gone not too long ago and never got behind him
-
You are right, surely if Terry did score another that would go in the Guiness world records
-
Has there ever been a CB who scored a hatrick before? Terry done it for me in FM once Get a pen and let Terry take it!
-
Reading was most heartbreaking though. 2 goals conceded in what? 3-5 mins, crazy.
-
I can never be confident with a 2-0 lead after what happened with Reading
-
Glad to see Moses starting over Oscar for this one. Feel he can cause Fulham's defence quite a few problems.
-
Well if people who argue Gomez should not come here because his game his limited, I hope they are not he ones stating we should buy Falcao. He is still a decent age and I am sure he would bang in goals here. Just look at his record for club and country every season, says it all. Coming on the 77th min and scoring a hatrick says it all really. Poacher and a half!

Was excellent tonight in the CM role against Arsenal tonight. Dominated the game and made his fair share of interceptions.
-
If there was a biggest time to capitalize on Arsenal's draw with Everton, this is the game. 2 games in hand and we can overlap them tomorrow. Please do not let this chance pass by boys. Fulham have been annoying over the years but we need this game more than them and I hope that transpires into a win.
