Nah, his last kick of the ball for Chelsea should always be the CL winner..
That's how you end an era.

FormerRussianSpy reacted to Fulham Broadway in Roman Abramovich Thread
I have been going to SB and away for over 40 years. There is no doubt Abramovich has brought success to the club so the question you have to ask is whether you would forfeit all the trophies for a less autocratic rule ?. What you have to remember is that it's a capitalist World , and that includes football.
The sport represents and reinforces capitalism's relations of labour and production. We find a hierarchy of coaches, trainers, assistants, directors and owners. Players are given monetary values and then bought and sold.
Capitalism promotes the idea that return on investment must be made as quickly as possible and so footballers rather than being nurtured and cultivated are being bought and sold as mere commodities across the globe. This includes managers where Roman has enough spare cash to buy out contracts. This concept also applies to football clubs, and ownership has passed around without discrimination, from exiled and corrupt billionaires to debt-ridden American businessmen, the Premiership has already bankrupted more than a few football clubs with the promise of more to keep financial administrators busy.
With this set up the fans are an afterthought, so know your place. But forums are a good place to moan.

FormerRussianSpy reacted to Ollie in Carabao Cup & FA Cup Thread
This is for all of you foreign fans or newer fans. Not many of you would've experienced us playing Leeds. Chelsea and Leeds have a mega rivalry, even now Leeds sing "We hate Chelsea" in every fucking match they play, even when they were in League 1. Obviously our first FA Cup win was over Leeds in 1970, one of the most talked about finals ever and first ever to be won via a replay. We beat them in the Carling Cup around 10 years ago 2-0 away with 2 Eidur goals but we do not usually do well there at all. There was an epic 3-2 win in 94/95 after going 2-0 down thanks to their keeper John Lucic being shit (He was always that good) but we always do badly against them away. Lots of memories though.
I was at the game in 02/03 when Eidur scored THAT stunning bicycle kick, another really cracking game when they were on the demise. It doesn't really matter where they are now, Chelsea vs Leeds is Chelsea vs Leeds or Leeds vs Chelsea whatever way you wanna put it. I remember Jon Harley's winner and the LEGEND JFH missing a penalty for them against us but scored 2 the year before when they humped us 3-1. Laurent Charvet ... remember his volley? Bet not many of you can and even James Milner scored a belter against us when he was 16!
This really is a match i wanted to see again and i hope we absolutely trash them. They are the dirtiest bunch of cunts football has ever seen, goes back to the Don Revie days in the 60's and 70's fucking shameful team, even the legendary Brian Clough couldn't control those bunch of shit filth. They are, as Dave Jones described, vile animals. If we get out of this match with minimal injury, we'll be lucky.
JT and Lamps are very much needed. Tell Luiz to stay at home, JT and Cahill are the guys to play at the back. Then i'd like to see Lampard with Ramires and Mikel in the middle with Hazard, Sturridge and Mata as the 3 up top. 4-3-3 is the way to go. We need the mix of power with skill in all areas. Can't wait for this! Long way to go though. Let's do them scum!
Oh yeah and Ken Bates is their owner, our owner from 1982 - 2003 when he bought us for £1 and sold us to Roman for £150 million ish. So yeah, Chelsea vs Leeds is pretty big.

FormerRussianSpy reacted to Rmpr in 🇧🇷 Oscar
Oscar 1st answer: Yeah, it was a great goal, I was playing very well and it made me very happy.
Oscar: “Fala qualquer coisa” (just say anything), I guess he saw Piazon struggling and said for him to give any answer. Piazon laughed!
Oscar 2nd answer: There wasn’t much to do, I decided to create some space and it worked (paraphrasing), then I was fortunate to score this great goal.
EDIT: The translation was not a lot different, but it did change the meaning of some quotes...

FormerRussianSpy reacted to Magic Lamps in 🇧🇷 Oscar
In addition to his sublime goal, we must not forget that he kept Pirlo quiet all game. He might not be the best tackler but his agile, adamant closing down of juve players in posession was key to them not overrunning our midfield all the time. Today we showed some good pressing in the opposition's half and he was central to it. This boy is our future.

FormerRussianSpy reacted to Muzchap in 🇪🇸 Fernando Torres
Dude chill - we are all agreeing on the same thing...
Torres played his part as did the rest of the lads
Torres is inconsistent and my personal preference for him (as a person) is a swap deal with Atletico for Falcao...
Nobody is saying Torres is bigger than CFC, merely stating like every other CFC warrior that night, they deserve some credit
Credit where credits due - as they say!

FormerRussianSpy reacted to Pacquiao in 🇩🇪 Marko Marin
the perfect time imo to unleash Marin would be if were winning comfortably at around the 70th Minute against Stoke then bring Marin on for the last 20 minutes then give him a start against Wolves. Qpr and Juventus games should be where we can give Oscar a start against Qpr and give Moses some minutes in both.
