Decent win against Brentford...but looking at the strength of our team, winning by anything less than 3 or 4 goals would have been embarrassing.
-
Good to see Roma beat Juve.
-
Can't wait to see Torres leave Chelsea.
-
Cahill was always an average defender. Hopefully Terry is back soon....we can't afford to drop anymore points this season.
-
KDB and Oscar are probably better than him in terms of versatility.
-
Dont think Pellegrini is Chelsea quality. Moyes would of been a good choice in the past...but with our current players, I don't see Moyes doing well at Chelsea.. That leaves Jose Mourinho as the only real option...
-
Just hope we win. Would be awesome to see Aké on the pitch at some point..
-
Yea..it's unfortunate that we didn't give him more time to settle in at Chelsea. In my opinion, Matic and Stoch should of been kept around or worst case scenario we should of inserted a buy back clause.
-
Cech is a great keeper...but Courtois should be challenging him for the GK spot by the end of next season. I reckon having Courtois back at Chelsea will be a good thing, if he impresses the new manager, he'll be given a chance to play ahead of Cech..and hopefully he'll take over from Cech in 3-5 years. I mean during the start of Mourinho's reign, Cudicini was the #1 keeper, he got a few injuries, Mourinho put faith into Cech...he began impressing everyone...and he took over as the #1 keeper.
-
No one knows whether Mourinho will even come back to Chelsea...yet we are talking about whether he'd trust Mata in big, tight games? Granted that Mata isn't effective when teams pressurize us...but that's something all three of our No # 10's will have to deal with over the coming seasons..

I was saying that he may move to Madrid cause one of his closest mates (Modric) is currently at Madrid. However, they would probably have to sell off Di Maria in order to make space for Bale... As for Man City, I just don't see Bale playing for them.
-
With Rafa in charge, Chelsea may not finish in the top 4 this season. I don't get why he keeps starting Torres and then makes up an excuse about how Torres isn't 100% fit but he's playing well for the team.. The match was a disgrace, the amount of attacking talent (minus the Spanish flop) we have, we should of won the game by 2 or 3 goals...
-
Why would Bale want to join Man City? I see Bale moving to Real Madrid or staying at Spurs.
-
They lack experience in key positions. I guess you could say they are kind of like the Aston Villa of Germany at the moment. They have a number of young players, they like to play attacking football...they know how to win games..but at times, their defence just can't handle the opposition.
-
The Europa League should be used to give our youngsters a chance to shine...like Spurs and Liverpool have done in recent times.. I'd much rather take 3rd place at the end of this disastrous season, get rid of Rafa and his pet Torres...and look forward to a fresh start in the EPL & UCL next season. I'd hate to see Chelsea win the Europa League....and then screw up in the EPL...and somehow finish under both of our london rivals.
-
Or maybe Torres gets injured in the Europa league...forcing Benitez to use a youngster like Feruz up-front.
-
Go PSG and Carlo. Love watching Valencia lose
-
The next manager should be Mourinho. The only other manager that I'd want at the Bridge is Golden Guus...but he's unavailable.
-
McEachran is a talented player..but in terms of development, I'd say Chalobah is more ready. I reckon McEachran needs another 2-3 seasons on loan before he'll be able to control the tempo of a game.... If we can find him an EPL club that will use semi-regularly, that would be awesome...if not, let him stay in the Championship and learn like Bertrand did.
-
Due to Thomson's injury concerns, Boro cancelled his contract....hence they can't sell him.
-
Considering Chelsea don't really give youngsters the chance to establish themselves (Bertrand being the exception)...I think McEachran will end up like Jack Cork. He'll be sold to a decent Championship club, they'll give him regular playing time and eventually he'll be playing EPL football.
-
Cant wait to see Malouda finally leave Chelsea. He had the chance to go back to Lyon but he didn't like the idea of a 20k a week pay cut.
-
Pointless article on skysports. It's been close to 3 months since the sacking and Di Matteo is going to land a good managerial role at a German/Italian club sooner rather than later.
-
We could still use a 4-3-3...depending on: a) our next manager & the development of Lukaku At the end of the day, if our next manager thinks Falcao can fit into Chelsea's tactics, then Roman should pull the trigger...
-
Lukaku is just a beast. Will be a tough decision for Chelsea regarding strikers at the end of this season. Do we call him back and make him our 2nd option behind Ba? OR Do we let him continue his development at West Brom...and bring in someone as a short term fix?
