  1. I don't either, but if we wanted an outstanding forward we'd have spent big money on Higuain or Benzema. Costa is the undisputed number one; Remy and Falcao give us different options, and let's be honest, Falcao will be a step up on an ageing Drogba.
  2. Same here. Don't get me wrong, he's a good player, but I've yet to be convinced that he's the next big thing. Juventus will miss Vidal to a greater extent, IMO.
  3. Only piece of silverware he'll ever win with them.
  4. Whenever anyway says Kurzawa I think some Polish person is swearing at me.
  5. Hate the red on the sleeve. Much prefer the GK kit with the grey, rather than red, Yokohama symbol.
  6. Just think though... Yokohama are paying for him
  7. Would have been perfect for Pedro
  8. Mohamed Salah's Chelsea future hangs in the balance after the Egyptian winger was omitted from José Mourinho's pre-season squad as the Blues fly out to Montreal. Salah spent the second half of last season on loan at Fiorentina on what was supposed to be an 18-month agreement but he has since severed his ties with the Tuscan club. Liverpool have long been admirers of the former Basel man, having tried to sign him before he arrived at Stamford Bridge in an £11 million deal in January 2014. Mourinho has made it abundantly clear that Salah is not part of his plans by disregarding him for Chelsea's pre-season tour of North America, which kicks off next Thursday with a game against New York Red Bulls. Despite impressing in Serie A, scoring nine times in 26 appearances in his short spell with Fiorentina last season, Salah has rejected the chance to return to the club for a second term, alerting Liverpool to his availability. Ashley Cole's AS Roma side are also being linked with the Egyptian star. As to where the former Basel man ends up is anyone's guess, but his exclusion from the Blues' tour makes it evident that Mourinho is at the end of his tether with the want away star. Using this new bonus code for bet365, you can find the best odds on where Salah will be playing his club football as of August. Meanwhile, Chelsea's hopes of landing a replacement for Salah have been scuppered - the Blues are expecting to seal a £22m move for FC Barcelona's Pedro, but Mundo Deportivo reports that his manager, Luis Enrique, wants the Spaniard to stay. 9. I think the beard might be there to stay since he is nearly as bald as a coot!
  10. He didn't need to be at his best. He's Didier Drogba, and he did this:
  11. Desperate to see this kid in a Chelsea shirt, I hope he gets his chance.
  12. Scoring 20 goals in the Championship is hardly comparable with the Premier League, however.
  13. For the extra £22 million a year, I won't mind it. We've got to pay for New Stamford Bridge somehow.
  14. He was off stealing helicopters, disarming nuclear warheads and diverting the River Thames through his back garden with nothing more than a piece of A4 paper.
  15. Congrats. Still a dissertation to write and submit for me, then all done. Due in in two months. Guess I should start typing...
  16. That new font is pure sex. Shame they didn't use spell-check for poor "Courtis".
  17. Great point about Schurrle. I have absolutely no idea what happened to him. Coming off the back of a magnificent WC, he was great in our first half dozen matches and then when into Kalou-mode.
  18. Let's not start this again. He's worn 13 at least since he joined Atletico (and unless I'm mistaken, also in his last season in Genk), why would he change now?
  19. I fucking give up, I really do. The sense of humour on this place died out years ago. Brilliant, Diego is a boss! Not particularly in the UK. Sony and Panasonic have always been the biggest brands for electrical devices over here and I can't ever see that changing, in all honesty, though you could say Samsung have now joined them to make a "big three". But in 2005, I certainly hadn't heard of them.
