  1. He gave a performance Matic would of been proud of to be fair. His passing range obviously isn't as good as Matic or Cesc's though but he didn't make it show at all and was brilliant.
  2. The thing about him being a poor finisher is ridiculous lmao, his goal record for his country is nearly as impressive as Neymar's is for Brazil, 20 goals in 35 games. Finishing was never his issue, game time was, now hes playing regularly and looks like he could get 10 goals at least at this rate for Fiorentina. On the other hand Cuadrado hasn't scored or assisted yet has he? (Until Cuadrado fully convinces me then I will keep bringing this comparison up too)
  3. As above mentioned since Cuadrado has signed Willian has been much better. Looks that bit more purposeful when he has the ball, created Hazard's goal v Villa and then scored a huge goal vs Everton. Think that in its self is a sign of him knowing he has to score and assist more to stay in the team maybe he will go and get a few more goals and assists before the season is finished.
  4. That save was huge but Thibaut obviously should come in again, theres no point in bringing up what Cech's done in the past or whatever Courtois is quite clearly our #1 and Jose was mentioning something about Thibaut suffering from mentally exhaustion. Great to have Cech as a number 2 though so if these situations happen, or injuries in match like the Arsenal game and other injuries, he can come in and put in great performances.
  5. Apparently he has something like 13 or 14 goals in Serie A, which is respectable figures for a guy who is 21 or 22 and is at a club who aren't in the top 4 teams.
  6. Remember when people said he was good enough to be Chelsea's number 1 striker before we put him on loan to Everton... they we sell him to them a year later and hes been utter shite. Hes not good enough for a top club yet, he needs to shut his mouth and fucking work harder (which I thought when he was on about wanting to be number 1 CF at Chelsea) or he won't get back to a top top club for a while. Just shows wanting to leave Chelsea was a very stupid decision and I'm glad hes paying for it. 30M hahahah
  7. He always has an excuse, doesn't he? Funny how Everton have gone backwards this year though.
  8. Looking forward to David Luiz getting the run around by Diego Costa. What a battle that will be. Take a draw in this fixture though, as long as we get the away goal and keep a clean sheet at home.
  9. Is it just me or is anyone else getting sick of Roberto Martinez being a little cunt in interviews, he had a go at Costa earlier in the season after winding up Coleman and now hes having a go at Ivanovic for something that was hardly violent conduct as well as saying other players did things. If he gave as much of a fuck about his own team as he did what our team was doing then maybe they wouldn't be so low in the table.
  10. Kane is playing in the PL. Bamford is playing in the Championship. If he was good enough to play in the PL, why did no team sign him on loan??? There is a huge difference, which is what I've said numerous times. I swear every time we are linked with a striker, Bamford comes up despite being years away from even being a squad player here, never mind a regular, I have more hope in Solanke than Bamford.
  11. I'd be even happier if he didn't get a ban at all, he is vital to our team offensively and defensively, people might not like how he performs but hes a huge asset to this team no matter what the coincidences.
  12. Think somebody needs to take off their blue tinted glasses. Bamford is a decent player but like I've said numerous times there's a huge difference in quality and there's no point sitting trying to deny there isn't. Kane will end up with 30-35 goals at the end of the season in all competitions.
  13. He was given his opportunity in the Europa League first IIRC, then after Soldado and Adebayor's lack of goals and people calling for him to start, he ended up starting but still, the difference between the two is huge and both are 21 years old.
  14. You're used to that anyway I thought Anyway some save by Cech, Matic was outstanding though.
  15. Its a good thing Bamford is playing in the Championship right now because hes about that level or lower PL maybe but lets be honest Kanes ahead by a fair bit in his development.
  16. Not really. Hes much better, I think its fair to say despite Bamford being a good player in his own right but hes hardly at the level Kane is, is he? I think if Kane didn't play for Spurs the differences would be more clear to some people. Really? What do you mean once defenders work him out? He does everything, runs the channels, presses off the ball, strong enough to hold players off, brings others into play, creates chances for his team mates.. that is very difficult to play against, I mean he tore us a new one with great ease. He strikes me as someone like Wayne Rooney was a few years ago, who could do everything, score big goals, dragging his team through games if they struggled in. Hes not someone like fucking Yakubu for christ sakes. Hes clearly going to be a big player for England in the future.
  17. Yes but the difference is like chalk and cheese really, Bamford has certain qualities but hes nowhere near as good as Harry Kane.
  18. He needs a PL loan next year, maybe even 2 years where he will be regular before even considering him coming here to sit on the bench because if hes gonna be on the bench he will eventually get minutes and to stay here he needs to make an impact of some sort.
  19. Kane is miles better than Bamford, there is not point mentioning Bamford who is the same age as Kane and has never played in the PL, where as Kane has 23 goals in all competitions this season. He has absolutely everything, work ethic, great touch, good technique, can finish, can bring others into play and its very rare to say that about an English striker never mind a 21 year old one, who has scored huge goals for Spurs in big games as you said. Sure if you would rather we give Bamford a chance than possibly look to sign Harry Kane then ok but there's no doubt about the vast difference in quality between the two.
  20. Dole money? I don't get no dole money.
  21. If you were me for 2 days, I should have told you I got paid 4 days ago and I could afford those eggs but I didn't because I as you know having been me, am a cunt. Who gives a fuck where it was created, the television was created by a Scot but you don't see us going on about it 24/7.
  22. Lets just agree to disagree but then you agree with me for no reason other than the fact I have some scotch eggs we can share.
  23. Hes another one people need to calm down with along with the likes of Origi, Denayer and Praet. A good young player who can go far but if there is too much expectation on him too soon, people will be disappointed in him because he is a good young player but he still needs time and less pressure on him. I mean look at Josh McEachran, Gael Kakuta, Freddy Adu, Michael Johnston, who ever else you want to throw in that list.
  24. Alonso - heartbeat of that Liverpool side along with Gerrard, vital cog in the Real Madrid team full of stars, vital for Bayern, ever present and vitally important for Spain during all the trophies they won due to his combative style as well as his passing range. Schweinsteiger - nailed on starter for Bayern ever since they shuffled him into a central role and he hasn't looked back. Vital for Germany too, his world cup final performance? best individual MF performance I've seen in years. Iniesta - crucial for Barcelona in that period under Pep, vital for Spain too in the years they won the Euros, WC an Euros again. Pirlo - Again vital, for AC Milan, for Juventus and Italy during various successful parts in those clubs history. They've all been world class for years. Even Toure for the last 2 or 3 years maybe. Vidals been injured a lot this year, there's no doubt who is the better player. Busquets is world class still in my eyes, as mentioned hes been the best holding player since 2008, hes simple but brilliant, his football intelligence is something else.
