Those of you who think its too young a side to win anything, the avg age is 26.5 which is just about perfect and has a good mix of youth and experience.

McEchran = Xavi of Spain Wilshere = Iniesta of Spain. Both can be accomodated. Lampard and Gerrard are both Box to Box very similar in play. Mcechran is more of a playmaker who will set up plays from the midfield while Wilshere can be more attacking.
