I dont care about Strikers. But my main concern is buying a young midfielder to replace Ballack. We have Kakuta who could replace Deco in future. But I hope Ancelloti finds someone to replace Ballack. Regarding filling up for the AF players, Ancelloti has mentioned Matic will start playing in the first team more regularly in the next few weeks. I am guessing he will be playing the defensive midfielder in absense of Mikel and Essien. Regarding buying a player who could help us fill in for Drogba and Kalou, Ancelloti mentioned Borini. If you dont test your players now when will you test them. I am with Ancelloti on this when it comes to filling in for AF players, but for long term, he needs to buy a Top Striker and a Top Midfielder. Aguero and Hamsik would be good enough for me from next season. But for now, we have Borini who would fill in for Drogba with Anelka playing behind him. I am excited to se these youngsters.......But I hope Ancelloti buys players for next season.

He has been poor this season and great last season. He himself mentioned in an interview that holding in 4-3-3 is easier as you havethe luxury of having he two fullbacks next to you. In diamond, its more difficult as it involves more running and gap covering as the full backs bomb forward. He has struggled to be the base of the diamond and That back pass wouldnt do his chances of appearing fulltime any good. I know we shouldnt judge him on that back pass, he is still young, only 22 but he needs to work on his game and KEEP COOL!!!

The Club offered him contract but he refused saying that he wants to show his worth to the club and improve his performance on the pitch inorder to warrant a bigger contract by the end of this season. Fair Enough to him. Dont see why Ron is at fault here..... And following diamond is what Ancelloti needs to play regularly in important games. -------Mikel/Essien Lampard---------Malouda/Essien ----------Joe Cole/Kakuta--- Ballack and Deco can be used as subs but THAT should be the first preference.

I can see where Term X is coming from. Last season, month November after sweaping aside all sides and conceding on 6 goals in the league we lost to Burnley on penalties in CC. Next we lose to Arsenal at home 2-1 with first goals being a Djourou own goal. And after that we had a terrible 2 months. This season, month December. after sweaping aside most of the sides and conceding 8 goals in the league we lost to Blackburn away in CC. Next we lost to Man City away 2-1 with first being Adebayor own goal. And I hope the similarities end here. And I am not counting my chickens yet. I am a bit concerned by the form shown by Ballack and Deco against Blackburn and Man City. Hopefully they can up their form as the season is not even half finsihed yet.
