To be honest I don't believe that Suarez did racially abuse Evra. The reason for this is that in 2008, when Evra got into a fight with Chelsea groundsmen he accused them of being racist. Obviously, we never found out whether a particular groundsman did use racist abuse against Suarez and I am not denying that he did but it does seem strange that Patrice Evra has been racially abused twice in his time playing in England and the vast, vast majority of black players have not been abused at all.

How about selling them 3 for the price of 2 to Anzi Machackackalabacla or whatever they are called?

I'd love us to thrash the dirty chavs. They have been getting ideas above their station recently and really need to be put back in their place.

Boxing Day Fixtures Could Be Postponed!

I doubt there will be enough tube trains to accommodate 42 000 fans. There probably will not be enough buses either and parking is hardly easy to come by around Stamford Bridge. At least Arsenal have a bit of sense and postpone their game. -

Bloody hell are we going back to the third reich?

How the fuck is Rooney and Nani on there?

Looks like its going ahead. Not sure how they think people will actually get to the ground? -
Big Sam would not stand for the skills of Kalou and Malouda! He would want Chec Tiote in the middle and Heskey partnering Samba at front, with Paul Robinson in goal to smash it up to them. De Jong would also be good in midfield for the leg breaking tackles of 40 years ago which Big Sam still craves

Oriol Romeu is a must for this game. If he can have David Silva, at the time one of the best players in the world, in his back pocket then Modric should not be too difficult
-
OK it was a mistake and he should have saved it. But Cech is still a world class keeper and it is far more noticed when a goalkeeper makes a mistake than an outfield player. He would be the best in the world if Stephen Cunt didn't try to kill him. Do we slate Drogba for missing when he should have scored? No. Goalkeeper is the most difficult position and strikers generally get let off when they fail to perform. When Torres is not playing well we still insist on supporting him. Against Wolves some people start chanting 'we want Torres' even though in the past weeks he has been truly terrible! Why do we support him so much and not Cech? Finally, how many top teams actually have a decent backup goalkeeper? Barcelona- They have this guy called Pinto who is an absolute joke. Valdez isn't that nifty either Real Madrid- They have this Antonio Adán bloke. Who? Man U- De Gea and Lindergaard. Hardly leaves you worried does it AC Milan- Marco Amelia?
-
He is a good player but at 29 I would probably have to say no. (By the way he should be ahead of Rooney in the England pecking order) I would prefer Roberto Soldado from Valencia but obviously he would not come cheap. We should have got him while he was at Getafe

Osasuna and Levante both pushing for European places while Villarreal are staying out of the relegation zone on goal difference
-
This is the difference between Barca and Real Madrid IMO. If you train at La Masia it is as much about the personal side of you as you as a footballer. They teach you how to be a good person and role model to everyone in the city who idolises the team and players. Meanwhile, while Real Madrid have also produced some quality youth players such as Mata, their training ground is based more around the 'VIP experience' that comes with being a footballer and more like a few pitches next to a 5 star hotel. They train you to play football but there is no distinct philosophy like at La Masia

I never thought that Pizzaro or Kezman were meant to be truly world class strikers or grow to become them. Pizzaro was just one of the set of rubbish buys that came in 2007 along with Sidwell and Ben-Haim. I thought he would just be a squad player but he wasn't even that a lot of the time. Completely useless! Kezman on the other hand looked like he tried. He was a good player but would never be great and its a shame that he never lived up to his potential.

would it not be moved to the 27th like Arsenal's would be? -
''Ehhh u come to watch the big fight fellas?'' Balotelli has apparently been driving round Manchester dressed up as Santa Claus handing out £20 notes

Ivanovic Terry Luiz Cole Romeu Meireles Ramires Sturridge Drogba Mata If Romeu can have David Silva in his back pocket for 90 minutes then he should be able to do the same with Modric. Again, we will get destroyed with a high line by the likes of Bale, VDV etc. We should try to exploit Assou Ekottou because he is truly terrible. Sturridge and Mata will have him for breakfast
-
Managers do get things wrong from time to time. AVB got it wrong against Wigan and Arsenal earlier this season. Against Man U though he got it spot on and had it not been for piss poor refereeing decisions and ramires and torres missing open goals we would have spanked them. Also, what is the point of all this 'Bring on Torres' talk? A Drogba with 1 leg does better than a sulky disinterested Torres who everyone wants on the pitch because they have false hope that he will eventually do something miraculous
-
Over 2 legs this is definitely winnable. We are all getting worried over 3 players in their team: Hamsik, Cavani and Lavezzi. These are, in my opinion, the only real threats in their team and are all attacking players. We have a better midfield and defence than them and with their 3 players at the back we should be able to hit them on the counter attack in the away leg quite well with the pace of Ramires and Sturridge and Mata. Also, the first leg is in February and what is to say that Hamsik, Cavani and Lavezzi will still be at Napoli. Several top clubs have been linked with them

Merry Christmas from Scudamore and Co
Liquidator replied to _Lukaku_'s topic in Matthew Harding Stand
It was a lot worse last season: 12/12 Spurs away 18/12 Man Utd home (postponed) 27/12 Arsenal away 29/12 Bolton home 2/1 Aston Villa home Looking back over the last 6 or so years we have always had fairly easy Christmas fixtures which is quite lucky because one loss can have damaging consequences when games are so close together. Usually we end up with the mid-bottom half table teams like Fulham, Birmingham City, West Brom etc. which is quite lucky really. -
Things just get worse and worse for him. Looked a shadow of himself when he came back last season before getting injured again and at 29 time is not really on his side. I almost forget that he is a Chelsea player these days
