Can't believe I'm sitting watching this when I could be going out getting wankered down the pub, eating a dodgy kebab and waking up in a hedge in the local park tomorrow morning

Chelsea tv talking about us as a 'brand' and how it is important that 'we take advantage of the US market'. Someone pass me the sick bucket

We should take this game seriously and play our strongest 11 Said nobody, ever.

I bet it will. The fa have done nothing thus far. When ivanovic did something similar last season sky sports news just showed it over and over again, making sure the fa did something. As they and man u are part of Murdoch's evil empire they won't say anything. Evans really is a first class cunt. The sort you wouldn't be unhappy to see break a leg. His shocking tackles on holden, drogba and various others are disgusting and he deserves a taste of his own medicine

So Tony Pulis has now left Stoke. Suddenly the reason for Real Madrid parting company with Mourinho becomes all the more clear...

those training shirts are crap.

yes it has been a complete failure of a season for Mourinho but it shows what a great manager he is if this is the first time in 9 or so years managing some of the biggest clubs in the world where he has struggled. Anything less than a trophy is always going to be a failure at Real Madrid anyway. Could such a failure have been prevented easily? Yes. A poor season is inevitable when the squad is fighting among itself and you do nothing to fix it. Mourinho for a lot of the season has been losing the support of the players one by one and a few weeks Marca claimed he was on speaking terms with only a handful of players. He dropped the club captain and Real Madrid legend, is not backed by fans or key players but has apparently done little to try to group the players back together. He seemed like he had resigned himself to defeat by November. However, in my opinion Real Madrid is the impossible job. Nobody can be successful at the club for a long period of time for as long as Real Madrid is run the way it is. It is so stupidly political, there is absolutely no patience among board members and players are treated more like celebrities than professional footballers. (This is part of the reason Barca are more successful than Real Madrid, I think. If you look at the setup at Barca the emphasis is on the team and playing football. On the other hand, football seems to play second fiddle at Real Madrid sometimes. Their training complex is more like a 5 star hotel than a training ground, WAGS go everywhere with the team, players seem to have more 'rock star treatment' than focusing on how to win their next match. Barca are a club, Real Madrid are a company- getting heavily involved in Spanish politics, building holiday complexes on the other side of the world etc. It is ridiculous). Look at some of the world class managers that have been at Real Madrid and have not been given the time to develop something. Capello got a year the first time, won La Liga but had disagreements with the owners Heynckes got 1 year Hiddink got a few months but questioned the board and was consequently sacked Queiroz got 10 months Luxemburgo got 1 year Capello in his second spell won the league and was still sacked because of the playing style Pellegrini got 1 season It is a ridiculously run football club. The fans and board are like spoilt children when things go wrong and I'm amazed Mourinho has survived this long to be honest. Maybe the ridiculous running of the self proclaimed biggest club in the world goes some way towards explaining what I see as a complete and utter failure and underachievement in this century. They pay extortionate wages, pay massive sums for players and are run like a 10 year old playing FIFA manager mode. Now considering that they are meant to be 'the biggest club in world football', why have they only won 6 league titles, 1 Copa del Rey, 2 Champions Leagues, 1 Super Cup and 1 Intercontinental Cup since the turn of the century? Considering how they just chuck money at every problem they encounter and buy whoever they want and are meant to be some sort of 'Super Club', I consider that quite an underachievement.

Which team are Chelsea's biggest rivals in England
Liquidator replied to newman 8151's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Spurs from my point of view. Fulham are just that small club 2 stops down on the tube that doesn't do anything, QPR are just wannabes that think we hate them but we actually don't give a shit about that tin pot club these days -
Europa League Final 2013 - Benfica 1-2 Chelsea
Liquidator replied to Jase's topic in Champions Archive
oh great not this bunch again. Can't wait for their play acting and conning of the officials and Cardozo going down like a ton of bricks at every opportunity. One of my least favourite teams in Europe with a squad full of bellends. -
Whatever happens come the end of the season, I will always remember Frank Lampard as the greatest player to have ever put on a Chelsea shirt. It has been an absolute pleasure to watch Frank play week in week out for us, with true pride and grace. It is chilling to watch that video of Harry Redknapp telling a muggy West Ham fan how Lampard will go right to the absolute top when he was a teenager. He has always led by example as a role model and deserves every last bit of praise he gets. He has provided us with some of our greatest moments as fans and I cannot thank him enough. He will be one of the players the grandchildren always ask about and I'll be able to tell them what an incredible man and footballer he was and that i have had the privilege of seeing him play. Thankyou so much Frank.

Looks like Wigan are finally fucking off out of the premier league. Happy times

'It is very wrong trying to get a fellow professional sent off' -Alex Ferguson Care to mention Ashley Young's diving that resulted in penalties and red cards for opposition players last season you bitter old shit?
-
Start benayoun, get him to break bale's leg and get sent off, we don't have to deal with bale or put up with Benayoun again. Simples.
-
sorry mate I thought you were referring to my brother's friend who is playing at Wembley this afternoon. Vodka still isn't gone from me yet
-
he's playing at Wembley in front of 20,000 people. 2 years ago he was playing Sunday League on shitty mud pitches in Croydon with my brother. You sir, meanwhile, are wanking into a sock

wow was Derby's tally that low?!? I thought it was around the 14/15 mark. This Hull team doesn't look much better than that Derby team though
-
Hull to finish next season 20th with new lowest points tally. Relegated by March, Bruce sacked by December. Hopefully Cardiff will join them down there too
