  1. Feels really, really strange. Been a pleasure watching him, right from that first game against Norwich where he absolutely lit the place up even before he scored. Such a nice, down to earth guy, and seemed like the first foreign player in a long time to show a genuine love for London and more importantly the club. He seemed like he'd be here for a long, long time and be an absolute legend. Such a nice guy at such a disgusting, arrogant, horrible club now. It doesn't seem right.
  2. I'd be lying if I said you will be sorely missed.Edit: go support the scousers. You'll fit right in with your shirt burning comments. And get our managerial order right. Avb was before Di Matteo you fucking pleb.
  3. Dont get the fuss really. We've got Marko Marin to come back next season and he's twice the player Mata will ever be...
  4. I heard we've activated Bobby Zamora's release clause...
  5. Like divorcing from Lucy Pinder to go out with Maggie Smith
  6. We can use the £40m to invest in a world class striker like Andy Johnson
  7. He said Aguero, Hulk and Falcao to us were done deals and that Ronaldo was going back to United.
  8. Guillem Balague. That is all. Other newspapers are probably only reporting it because he said so. And he chats shit.
  9. Very dislikeable team and club. Get the win and hurt that c u next Tuesday Charlie Adam. Oh and Jonathan Walters.
  10. I would happily make an exception to my heterosexuality for Olivier Giroud as well as Jamie Redknapp and Jose Mourinho edit: and perhaps Roberto Martinez too
  11. As Mr_President said, it makes a whole mockery of their initial bid in which they claimed holding a World Cup in Qatar in 2022 in the Summer would be possible due to investment and research into air conditioning and cooling systems to be used in stadia. A quote from their official bid website: "Each of the five stadia will harness the power of the sun's rays to provide a cool environment for players and fans by converting solar energy into electricity that will then be used to cool both fans and players at the stadia. When games are not taking place, the solar installations at the stadia will export energy onto the power grid. During matches, the stadia will draw energy from the grid. This is the basis for the stadia's carbon-neutrality. Along with the stadia, we plan to make the cooling technologies we’ve developed available to other countries in hot climates, so that they too can host major sporting events." Cooling technologies and dealing with extreme heat were key points of their bid. They won't be necessary if the world cup is held in Winter because daytime highs range from 22-24C. If there would have been one tiny, tiny positive from holding the world cup in Summer in Qatar it is that investment in such technologies could benefit disadvantaged parts of the world in terms of building design. However, the World Cup should never have been given to Qatar anyway. FIFA probably took bribes and thought all the pretty CGI stadiums would be a brilliant idea, completely ignoring the fact that the 50C climate would be a huge problem. Now they realize there's a problem, they're allowing Qatar to bend the rules. A little bit of pre-thinking and knowledge that the USA, Australian, Korean and Japanese bids would have made far more sense would have gone a long way. They might not have had all the flashy new stadiums but at least they are sporting nations that have hosted similar events before. But still, decision made. Good one FIFA, hold the World Cup somewhere where: Summer temperatures reach 50CThe consumption of alcohol is legal only in a few bars, clubs and restaurantsHomosexuality is illegalIsrael isn't recognized as a stateSandstorms can severely affect transport and block out the sunvisiting the country is already very expensiveThere have been large scale political protests in recent yearsSlave labourers are responsible for all the shiny new buildings
  12. Can't work out if Brendan Rodgers is deluded, stupid or a bit of both.
  13. Heard somewhere he was meant to be part of the matic deal?
  14. Nope, but Josh McEachran in Y fronts is better than porn
  15. I am friends with him on snapchat though. Got one the other day of him teasing Josh McEachran who was standing in his pants by the swimming pool at the training grond. Bantaaa
  16. Imagine thinking Kagawa would be a better alternative to Eden Hazard...
  17. What you have to understand is that Tim Sherwood is a very thick, inarticulate person
  18. Yeah to be honest it isn't worth risking playing him. It's not like he was one of the best players in the Dutch league last season. Don't blame him really.
  19. Ahahaha Rodgers you prick. What he said hasn't irritated me, it's just made me laugh.
  20. Look at the twitter account @Golly_Josh
  21. Fair play to one of my mates who supports Charlton. He said before the FA Cup draw today 'If we get Huddersfield I will go to Sainsburys and buy some jam and cover myself in it'. He's gone and done it too.
  22. Yes you receive a larger allocation for cup games. Our fans are good at away games anyway
  23. So many people dismissing Derby as an easy game. Weren't people saying the same thing against Brentford, Barnsley etc. Apparently they have a prick of a centre back who does shit tackles all the time to injure strikers
  24. So 2-0 and 0-4 2+4=6 Galatasaray 1-6 Real Madrid
