  1. Remember when Henrique made a positive post?
  2. So much negativity, I see. Many games to play, there still are. Drop points against other relegation threatened teams, other big sides will. Lose, we did not.
  3. Martin Tyler is a shit commentator (and a twat) Real Madrid have horrifically underachieved as a football club given their finance, fan base and the fact Franco basically gave them the trophy every year Oscar will be a better player than Hazard Roberto Martinez and Diego Simeone are in the top 8 coaches in the world Inter and AC Milan are not big clubs anymore Athletic Bilbao don't get enough respect in the football world for their Basque only player policy England will win something in the next 20 years Ian Dowie would have won twice as many trophies as Pep Guardiola with that barca team
  4. £9.7m we paid for him. Bargain if you ask me.
  5. So proud. Want to give MOTM to everyone. Brilliant from all of them. That's the difference Mourinho gives you compared to fat Spanish waiter
  6. Apparently Kallstrom got injured in training today and could be out for up to 3 months hahaha
  7. Out permanently: Ba, Hilario, Kakuta, Cole, Moses, Marin, Dávila, Clifford, Pírez, Perica Out on loan: McEachran, Blackman, van Aanholt, Traoré, Omeruo, Cuevas, Delac, Wallace, T.Hazard, Lalkovic, Bamford, Atsu, Saville In: New left back, preferably Shaw New striker, preferably Costa or Cavani
  8. No the club hasn't. Although it seems unlikely, how did we not know at the time that Abramovich wanted to move ground in the interest of making profit on London real estate? It could potentially have been a similar situation to what Malaga found themselves in. Yes they probably do have an honest plan and wanted to move stadium only in the interest of the club but if so, why could they not have been more transparent with the whole thing? If the CPO had known more about the plans then the board probably would have got their 75% of votes needed to hand the rights to Stamford Bridge over to the club. However, they told us absolutely nothing. Instead, they got Villas-Boas to speak about how great a new stadium would be in a press conference, got John Terry to come out of nowhere to comment on how he wanted to be playing in a bigger stadium, appointed Dennis Wise as head of the CPO to try and gain more votes in their favour and purchased hundreds of shares themselves. It all seemed totally unnecessary, especially considering that the vast majority of Chelsea fans accept we need a bigger stadium to compete with the bigger clubs, when they could have just told us more about stadium design, where we would be moving to etc. What you also have to bear in mind is that as a club we are more attached to our stadium than many other clubs, given that we were formed to use Stamford Bridge. At the time we were being linked with sites like Wormwood Scrubs and even Harrow. These places don't reflect what Chelsea is, they are not Chelsea 'strongholds' in terms of support. Moving far from our roots is a very sensitive issue for many fans, (although the general consensus seems that as long as we don't go too far from our current site, moving would be fine) so to ask us to give up our stadium that has been ours since 1905 to move to an unknown site on an unknown timescale with an unknown stadium design was a bit too much to ask. If the club had told us more it would most likely have been different.
  9. Hope they make it permanent in the summer. He's had enough chances and not impressed in any if them
  10. What so they should have sold their shares back to the club when absolute zero transparency was shown by the club about when and where we would be moving? They could have sold their shares and we could now be playing in a new bowl stadium in Wormwood Scrubs for all they knew at the time. Perhaps if the club had said where we would have been moving and what the stadium would have been like, and stopped using suspicious tactics to do with buying shares in bulk for discounted prices etc. things would have been different.
  11. Going back to the stadium expansion discussion, it is virtually impossible to expand Stamford Bridge and if we did it wouldn't be cost effective given the logistics behind it. The only chance we have is if we can put more pressure on the council during the elections or keep threatening to move away from the borough. New stadium is pretty much the only solution
  12. Handing in a transfer request? Thinking you're bigger than the club? Demanding a pay rise or a better contract and not getting it and now trying to force through a $45m move to a bigger university? You disgust me Rmpr Congrats mate!
  13. I'm sorry Jose but what.the.fucking.fuck.were.you.thinking? http://www.entertainmentwise.com/news/139056/Chelsea-FC-Boss-Jose-Mourinho-Instructs-Medical-Team-To-Look-After-Niall-Horan-Following-Knee-Surgery
  14. Seems like we have a song for him already if the game yesterday is anything to go by The dirty scouse, they bought his flight But Mo Salah, he saw the light He got a tour round Merseyside He ate a rat and nearly died He hates scousers He hates scousers He hates scousers and he hates scousers
  15. It's Sunday. It's Juan Mata's first training session as a Man United player. Phil Neville is telling Juan Mata how to play football. Just let that sink in.
  16. Hope he gets totally bladdered as its his birthday, turns up to the game straight from a night out still hungover and throttles Charlie Adam
  17. I wish him well in his future career, top bloke, I just hope he isn't successful in winning trophies at Man U, if you get my wave maaaan
  18. He might keep his house there but it isn't really practical to travel 2.5 hours to training and back every day
  19. I don't think many people who have found that they will be living in Manchester for the next few years of their lives would be either to be honest.
  20. I felt that about Essien. This on the other hand is like your girlfriend cheating on you to screw the arrogant dickhead captain of the school basketball team...
  21. Mata ain't getting a minutes applause from me, he can fuck off. Essien will. Only reason with Mata is that he has joined 'them'. Duff rejected Liverpool and Spurs when he left us out of respect, Zola said he'd never join man u. EDIT: I still tremendously respect Juan Mata, I just doubt this whole minutes applause will end up happening for either player.
  22. 10th minute applause for Mata on Sunday? Nah, you're alright.
  23. Confirmed by the club. Good luck Michael. Incredible player and a great guy. All the best, Bison.
