For the first one i voted for them all as a variation will keep us and potential viewers interested, sticking to one topic might ware a bit thin. I would like be a possible presenter every now and again but later on in the year (especially in the summer) im likely to be away for prolonged periods of time (IE last summer i only had limited internet access for over a month as i was away on a course then went on holiday to Turkey after that) so i can't really be one of the people you rely on I would however be more than happy to play the role of contriibutor if nothing else however.

I can see De Bruyne becoming our new Damien Duff. Never going to be a Messi or Ronaldo but fits in to the team almost perfectly, so thats Duff finally replaced after 5 and a half years(effectively 6 given the loan back), now we just need to find someone to replace Robben.

If they can't stick B teams straight in the lower league's they need to do something, either one of two things. Restucture the reserve league and make it a "B" league, have it the same set up as the 4 league's in England a "B" premier, championship,league one, league two with promotion, relegation the lot, communicate with Uefa and have a reserve's champions league across europe, maybe even have a "B" domestic cup aswell, in that way it will be competitive and teams will fight for these places, that way reserve players will be more ready for top level compeititon. Also their will be more and more matches. another idea David Moyes wanted to put a Everton "B" side in the conference, and was told the highest level he could do ws some local league and it would take 11 years minimun to get Everton "B" in the conference, he declined that idea but he should have accepted it and in 11-15 years he would be reaping the rewards. Even if our "B" team has to start near the bottom the "B" team could earn a place at a higher level that way. Either way the reserve system has to be changed.

Just thought ill say now we have had 2 sackings in the league so far this season, so if we want to keep the 8 teams a league ratio for 3 division's next season we need to get 2 more managers in, it could be more by the time the season ends so i would reccomend recruting about a week before this current season ends.

Its not about being negative to Cahill we are all aware we have a very good defender on our hands but Ivanovic, Luiz, JT, Cole is a proven solid back four, even more so with Romeu infront of them, if it aint broke.....

Considering AVB worked with Jose for 7 years he will surely know what makes Jose tick, so if AVB cannot get the better of him i doubt anyone can. I love Jose for everything he has done for club, the way he got us playing with confidence bordering on arrogance that made us unstoppable for 2 season's, the way he csme in and saw off Arsene Wenger (who has been making our lives hell for nearly a decade) was legendary. But the big advantage Jose had over AVB is Jose inherited a squad that only needed a few players to make it complete, the squad AVB inherited needed a complete overhaul, if Jose came in a year earlier would he have stopped Arsenal right away in 03/04? Lets just remember just how good Porto were under AVB last season, when AVB has a squad full of players to suit his style whats to say he cant do the same for us? Just try and imagine how gutted we would be if AVB got sacked for Jose , AVB replicated his Porto success for some one else and Jose's return didn't have the desired affect?

+1 for this bit ive been saying it all along, Cahill will be a valuble squad player in the coming years but no way should we be building our defence around him and the suggestion's he is here to relegate Luiz to the bench is ludicrious.

I think we are taking this too much into context about this not being 100% AVB signing, its not like he has got hoisted upon him as MUST go into the first team. Its similar when you sign a young player 16-21, come into the fringes/reserves and if they impress the manager will give them a shot, Mourinho didn't sing Sinclair in 2005 but gave him a go at The Emirates 2 years later because he impressed at Plymouth.
