Im not saying Moyes is not a fantastic manager he is but he is a hero whatever he is does with the board if that makes sense because of his shoestring budget. If you suddenly got tookover by a owner who backed Moyes with lots of money, suddenly there will be massive expectations for him to deliver and he will in a position that will be complete alien to him.

Robbie has got enough resources to rotate the squad, had we gone into a run like this two years ago then we would have been in shit.

If Terry gets that stupid ban from the FA i would not be surprised to see Ryan used as a right back in some games. Reason being Robbie will probably use Ivanovic as rotation with Cahill and Luiz in the centre while JT is out, so Ryan will probably be used as cover for both Cole and Azpi as i don't think Paulo will be getting games unless absolutely nessesery.

Can you put bet's on players making their first appearance of the season? if so i might stick £5 on Ferreira making his bow for the campaign in this one.

@SeB, Isn't Hulk one of those cut in and shoot wingers? didn't stop Falcao scoring over 30 goals. The thing is Falcao without service would still get you 15-20 goals, probably more than Torres even with service will get us. Service also works both ways and Torres isn't doing his bit in that regard.

The plan was to replace Drogba with Torres almost immediately, but a mix of Drogba's refusal to let that happen and Torres awful mental strength put pay to that. If Drogba got released by Shanhai tommorow, i will bet anything that Roman will be straight on the phone to his agent.

@The Rising Sun, Believe me Kalou got it 100 times worse than Torres ever has had.. Torres although i am one of his biggest critics, if he has a decent game i acknowledge that and give him credit for it, like against Newcastle. The Kalou bashers cannot even praise him when he does have a good game, its always some excuse like he should have one every now and again, even when he scores they made up some cheesy excuse it was getting ridiculous, it got the point where i actually wondered if some of them actually celebrated goals scored by him.
