My view is thst referee's should face the cameras post match, if they make a mistake then fair enough but they should atleast explain why they thought it was a pen. Im just thinking from my Chelsea POV, if a ref made a genuine mistake that cost us a game but came out infront off the cameras held his hands up and explained why he gave it but got it wrong i would genuinely respect him for it. Could be the small baby steps to improving refereeing in this country because lets be honest all of them bar possibly Probert are fucking dreadful.

The general concensus seems to be 30m is too much, while it seems steep other factors have to be considered. Also we have to make sure we promote the right players or were wasting ours and their time. Take Conor Clifford for example, back in 2010 he was part off our youth cup winning side and some people were not only calling for him to be fast tracked into the team, but to be our next captain when JT goes. 4 years on he is in and out off Southend's team. Look at the other players in that team Ince, Salah, Tore, Mitrovic, Lalkovic, Papoe, Billy Clifford, if they were so good why has no one close to our standard given them the chance we "cruely" denied them off?

What i find funny is United fans didn't want Mourinho because off his style off play, yet are wanking themselves off at the prospect off getting Klopp or Simeone, who play the exact same fast paced counter attacking football Jose played at Madrid and is implementing here.
