It's funny how by each passing day, journalists say we are getting closer in the Danilo deal. If It was all true, so far we could feel the aroma when Danilo farts due to inredible closeness we have made between us and him. Hopefully deal is concluded soon, we need some depth in fullback positions.

Glad that the saga is over, hopefully he stays fit throughout the season, I'm very happy about this transfer, really tough to find a good all around defensive midfielder these days.

Come on Chelsea, make it happen! Sadly I believe a lot is down to Belotti, he needs to be an angry motherfu**** and ask for a move so his club lowers the price a bit. For 50-60 million I would be happy with the deal. Yeah I am an idiot for saying I'd be happy for a 60m deal for a "1 season wonder" but they are in no position to have to sell while we are a bit desperate and in Premier League where there is a lot of money.

Honestly, I really hope we manage to sign Belotti. He impressed me much more then Lukaku and Morata. His hunger, movement, finishing, versatility and overall energy are amazing. He reminds me of prime Falcao with his goals and how he starts running to celebrate the moment after he scores. It could be that Conte wants him rather then Morata and Lukaku so that's why the delay.

The moment we should have signed Alexis was when here was looking to leave Udinese or eventually after Barcelona spell. Now Arsenal won't let him go and he's already 28 while he would cost the fortune. I do hope he leaves Arsenal, absolutely amazing player.

Honestly I've forgotten him at the moment of writing, though he always impresses me in pre season. Hopefully he stays, but somehow I can't see it. Club will probably sell him to some mid table club for a couple of million and thank him for his great (pre season) service. I hope I'm wrong. Moses and Cuadrado are great players to have on the right wing when we need some crosses in and some old styled wing play. I hope we don't lose that.

I'm really happy with the buys of Batshuayi and Kante. Both are the kind of players we needed and both play in positions we needed to reinforce, and both are below 26. I've also been impressed with Batshuayi play during pre season. He really plays nice football and seems a very complete player and a good lad. With Costa, Batshuayi and Remy our CF position is secure. With Cuadrado, Willian, Hazard, Oscar, Traore, Pedro and Kennedy our wings and attacking midfield is secure too. With Fabreas, Mikel, Matic, Kante and Loftus-Cheek our midfield is alright also. Only thing that worries me is the defense. We don't have a real left back. We only have one right back. Our wing play has been absolutely awful since...oh well I guess since first Jose Mourinho era and maybe 2009/10. It's a stupid limitation we put on ourselves and I've been getting angry with the club almost every bloody game. I really really hope we bring more defenders.

I'd take him over Oscar no problem. It's just I am not sure that attacking midfielders have a position in Conte's tactics, but I can't really say as no one knows for sure which way Conte will play.

Assuming he's good, I really hope we sign him. Come the end of this season, we will have 32 year old Gary Cahill, 33 year old Ivanovic and 36 year old John Terry. Considering the way prices are going, 30mil for Mustafi is alright, and he's only 24 at the moment. Mustafi aside, I can only see Koulibaly and Manolas as viable CB targets at the moment, and we haven't had much success in getting them. I really hope we don't enter this season with our current defensive lineup. It's not that I think they are awful, but we should sign at least a full back and a centre back to add more depth the team at least.

At the moment, he's a luxury signing. We've got Willian, Hazard, Traore, Kennedy, Pedro and Cuadrado who can all play on the wings. I would much prefer to see Kennedy, Cuadrado and Traore get a run of games on the wing and use the money to get some bloody defenders.
