a dear friend of mine,kinda like my kid brother, has been in a car crash and they`ve already taken one of his legs off. he is 23..loves clubbing ,handsome lad,good home,good job... all gone..he was in the passenger seat and some bigger vehicle went into his side of the car..i don`t know the whole details yet. i should also state that it was only the last couple of years he has had that "good life "...he has crawled through his own personal private hell several times. i cannot think about God or anything like that, without getting tangled up and angry with it all..

well done. i`ve heard it`s quite hard to learn. i taught myself dutch..wish i had used a tutor,it took me about 3 years from scratch..

England continuing their thrashing of the current world`s best cricket team (India) on their way to becoming the worlds number 1 cricket team themselves in the next 3-5 days. the first time they have held that honour in my lifetime (35 years) the Sikh`s and their neighbours in Southall last night. fucking tremendous...not only did they stand by to protect their immediate community but you could still see the love in their eyes and in their general friendlyness towards all Londoners. .

R.I.P. Stan. my gramp died during the season we won the league for the first time..i always think of that when one of the old `55ers pass away. my gramp was a shed end regular since the early 30`s and on the year we finally became champions of England, he died 2 months before we were crowned. thank you Roman for letting me see my beloved club become English champions in my life time. is why you won`t catch me getting over-emotional over a defeat or who we do or don`t sign...my dreams have already been answered.

yeah the 26 year old shot in his car last night. has now been confirmed dead. also a 67 year old who tried to stop yobs setting alight to property in Ealing last night is in critical condition because the yobs kicked his head in. all for the cause against the system tho hey...

i know which bit you mean..i thought it was bad to have that in a game to be honest,surprised it was allowed when it started my minds eye went to the cult japanese film called Battle Royal..... i know it was different as in that the kids were forced to kill each other and the last kid standing was supposed to win back their freedom..it`s i guess because of it being on an island that looked like Utoya and it involving kids of similar ages. the world can be a very cold and cruel place sometimes..we must hold unto the fact that there ARE more good than bed in this world really,it`s just that when an evil one slips through the net and does something like this, the media pumps it into us and it is easy to fall into the trap that the world is all bad and there is no love..we must hold onto there being more good than bad or we will crack up.

i heard them say on Ctv during the coverage of the game that they will join up with them..i didn`t catch when exactly that was tho..

a throughly enjoyable pre-season performance...Josh was sensational!!! he may only be 18 but he truly played like a 28 year old and in some cases has even more composure than those players of that age. some of his passes were just sublime. the majority of the team had good performances tho.

indeed. AVB will be impressed and as CJ Revo said earlier he should be a 1st team regular this season..not every game obviously but i`d say start something like 15-20 games.. as just shown again there good play again to set up the third goal
